This is my first and last time ever buying anything from here. The shoes came looking like they had been worn already. I repackaged everything and sent them back at my own expense, which cost over thirty dollars. After two weeks with no communication about whether they received the return, I called customer service to check on it. They said yes they got them but hadn't processed anything yet. I had used Afterpay to buy, so my account kept getting charged every two weeks for shoes I'd returned. I waited another week and called again only to get the same response. At that point I used Afterpay's option to delay payment another two weeks, which has come and gone as of now, and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm stuck continuing to make payments while waiting for them to process the return, which they said will take another four to six weeks before I see my refund. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Shoe Palace, you'll never do business with me again.

I've made multiple purchases from Shoe Palace and things usually go smoothly. Actually my go to spot for foamposite releases. But I placed an order on December fifteenth as a holiday gift and it still hasn't shipped. Then I placed another order on the nineteenth of December and that one shipped the same day. Are they a scam? Not really, they're actually solid when they're on top of things. The customer service though, that's basically non existent. I've emailed multiple times about my order with zero replies. I've even called the number on their website all day and it's been constantly busy. I really liked shopping here and have picked up about six pairs of foamposites without trouble, but how a company handles mistakes matters. This place handles them terribly, or doesn't handle them at all actually, just leaving it to the customer to fix. Now I'm gonna have to waste my time calling my bank to cancel the December fifteenth order. Worst part is that was someone's Christmas present and thanks to Shoe Palace it won't be there.

The staff here was rude and gave me incorrect shipping details. Their return policy is not customer friendly either. I'd skip ordering online from this place.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This is a scam and I wish I could rate it zero stars. They took my money and won't refund it. What arrived was a shoe box completely empty except for the tissue paper that usually goes inside the shoes. I reported this to the agency and contacted law enforcement so they're looking into it.

This business is seriously frustrating. The physical locations might be fine but ordering online is a total nightmare. Every call I make, the staff has an attitude problem. Their inventory system is basically just a rough guess of what they might have somewhere. Take the warnings seriously because this operation runs like a scam. Thank goodness I had a gut feeling to grab another pair from a bigger retailer after ordering here, because they cancelled my order the next day and now the shoe is impossible to find anywhere. A quick search online shows way more upset customers than happy ones. I have no idea how a place like this stays in the sneaker business at all. Do yourself a solid and look elsewhere.

Even with the receipt in hand, nothing changed because there's a policy posted that says no refunds or returns without one. After checking inventory, they didn't have my size, so they suggested I pick something different. I said no and asked for my money back instead. That's when I was told they don't do refunds. I pointed out the sign that clearly said returns were allowed with a receipt, and they admitted that's the policy but claimed the owner doesn't authorize refunds anyway. To make matters worse, every other shoe in the store was apparently more expensive than what I'd returned, meaning I'd have to pay extra just to walk out with something.

Finding this thread after I'd already placed my order made me panic and feel sick. I quickly ordered from another retailer just to be safe for the holidays and tried cancelling my order here. I placed it on Saturday and called first thing Monday to cancel. The woman who answered was incredibly kind and tried helping, but unfortunately the order had already been processed and sent to shipping. I got my shoes with zero problems about a week after ordering. No damage to the box, and shipping was free. I'd absolutely order from them again.

I really don't understand why there are so many bad reviews about this place. I ordered first and then checked out the reviews after, which was probably dumb, but I was nervous. My package showed up in good time with tracking updates the whole way, and the Ivy Park stuff I bought was definitely legit. Their shipping was way less of a headache compared to ordering straight from Adidas.
