RE/DONE is rated 1.3 out of 5 by 18 shoppers, with the vast majority of reviews expressing serious dissatisfaction. The most frequent complaints center on product quality, with customers reporting that items feel cheap, poorly made, and not worth the premium pricing. Shipping and delivery are major pain points, with orders taking two to three weeks to arrive and tracking information being unreliable or absent. Customer service responsiveness is another consistent issue, with shoppers reporting week-long delays in receiving responses to inquiries and confusing or unfavorable return policies that appear to start the return window before items actually arrive.

While a small number of shoppers report positive experiences with RE/DONE's physical stores, the online shopping experience receives overwhelming criticism. Customers describe difficulty contacting the company, unclear communication about shipping timelines, and an unhelpful return process that sometimes shifts costs to the customer. Product fit and comfort are also disputed, with reviews mentioning items that hurt to wear despite attempts to size up. The rare positive ratings appear to be exceptions rather than reflecting typical customer experience with the retailer.

Waited over two weeks for my order to arrive. When it finally got here, the jumper was clearly a knockoff with terrible quality. I reached out the same day asking about a return, and it took more than a week just to get a response. They wanted photos and proof of purchase, so I sent everything back immediately. A week and a half later, still nothing. They never gave me a return address or any way to send the item back. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.

Don't waste your money with this company. They're selling cheap knockoffs that feel flimsy and poorly made. Shipping took three weeks and they never kept me updated. The tracking information was basically worthless. This outfit sources from overseas and just repackages imitations.

Their return policy is super sketchy and confusing. The website claims you get 14 days from the fulfillment date, but it turns out fulfillment means when they email you that your package shipped. The timer starts before your item even arrives. They don't use fast shipping either, so by the time my order showed up eight days later, I basically had just six days (really four business days) left. I thought I had 14 days from getting the package, so I requested my return on day ten. That's when they told me I was out of luck. Won't refund my $250 plus jeans because I missed their sneaky deadline.

Bought these clogs because the reviews made them sound super comfy. Total disappointment. Can barely walk in them without my feet hurting in like 5 different places. Ordered a size up thinking it would help, but they still squeeze tight across the top and hurt my arch. Walking in these feels like being barefoot on concrete while getting your feet squeezed. The shoes themselves look nice and seem well-made, so I figured I'd give them a shot around the house. Nope, ten steps and I'm in pain. Tried to return them and found out final sale means you're stuck with them. Paid $255 for shoes I literally cannot wear. They won't take them back and that's just wild to me. Lesson learned the hard way. Not shopping there again.

Poor Quality & Terrible Customer Service. I splurged on RE/DONE jeans thinking the high price meant high quality. I was dead wrong. They ripped after barely wearing them a handful of times. Contacted customer service and they basically said I'd have to pay to ship them back to the US for repairs myself. I'm up north in Canada so that would cost more than fixing them locally. They stopped responding to my messages after that, and clearly I'm not the only one dealing with this based on other complaints. Hands down the worst brand and customer service I've dealt with. Steer clear.

I'm obsessed with their physical stores, honestly my go-to place. Unfortunately their online operation doesn't come close to matching that. Grabbed a matching top to go with a cardigan I bought in store, and the site promised delivery in three to four days. Still no shipping confirmation and I can't figure out how to contact anyone because there's no email support and their chat takes forever to respond. Seems like they just process orders whenever they feel like it.

Kevin B.May 20, 2023

They charged my account but I've never even heard from them.

Sophie L.Sep 15, 2022

The t-shirt I got was low quality and looked nothing like the pictures online. I immediately asked for a refund but their support team gave me the runaround and I finally threw in the towel. They use some European website setup that's intentionally unclear so they can dodge consumer protection laws. Absolutely won't shop with them again.

Patricia H.Aug 5, 2022

Given that their jeans run close to $300, the customer service and return policy are completely unacceptable. The problem is each pair fits totally different because of the vintage aspect, and they won't help you out if you need to return something. I'm definitely not ordering from them again.

Marcus T.Jul 30, 2022

Honestly, you can find the exact same stuff at your local thrift store for way less. This company is straight up overcharging people.

Justin P.Jun 27, 2022

Like everyone else is saying, this is a total scam operation. Zero customer service. They're banking on pushing overpriced garbage and hoping to squeeze a few hundred out of you before you realize what happened. Skip this brand entirely. Total waste.

Lisa V.Jun 1, 2022

This company deserves zero stars. They took my payment. There's NO order confirmation email sent. They keep telling me to look up my order number. I only have an Afterpay reference number. REDONE doesn't send order confirmation emails on purpose so you can't track anything. You get trapped with no order number to reference. Not me though. I'm fighting this charge and taking them down. These people are criminals.

Got shipped the wrong item. Messaged them right away with pictures of what I actually received. Got an automated response and then nothing. Sent two more follow-ups and got ignored both times. Now I'm stuck with a t-shirt in the wrong size and nearly two hundred and forty euros wasted. Their support team is absolutely terrible. Won't be going back.

David R.Oct 5, 2021

Their customer service is a joke. Received a t-shirt with a manufacturing defect, sent photos and explained the problem, and got bounced around to different people. In the end they claimed there was no defect and refused to swap it out. The prices are ridiculous for such mediocre quality. I totally get what other reviewers are saying now. If you want RE/DONE stuff, buy it somewhere else with actual return policies that they follow through on. Not spending another dime there after my experience.

Monica H.Sep 14, 2021

Just want to warn people not to throw their money away on this company. Bought two pairs of jeans totaling just under five hundred dollars through their site. Wanted to return them same day because the fit and fabric were terrible. Their customer service was even worse. When I asked why my refund amount didn't match what I originally paid, the chat person just sent me a link with zero explanation and barely said anything else. I had to figure out what happened myself. They'd deducted the shipping cost, which is fine, but for such an expensive brand you'd think they'd cover return shipping. If you're into their style, go to Nordstrom or Saks instead. You won't get stuck dealing with their nightmare return system and awful support.
