Do not use this service! They've attempted to charge my card over 15 times even though I tried cancelling multiple times. The content is decent but these people are relentless about getting your money. At one point I had to switch to a new card and block their emails just to get them to stop. Then somehow they contacted me again anyway. Absolutely terrible company.

Awful movie selection with tons of stuff not even in English. You might get one new title a month if you're lucky. The app constantly locks you out and forces password resets, then fails to send you the link. They keep charging you while you can't access anything. Cancelling is deliberately made difficult. Stay away from this service.

Located in Australia and haven't been able to get playback working on any Android device. I've done every troubleshooting step they suggested but still getting errors. My other streaming services work perfectly fine with no issues. I reached out to support with detailed info they requested and got a vague 'we're looking into it' response with nothing else. Continuing to charge me while I can't actually use the service. Researching showed this is a widespread ongoing problem. Not renewing.

Streaming quality is absolutely terrible. For multiple days straight, episodes wouldn't play past 12 seconds and the same frozen frame is now burned into my head. I bought the subscription specifically for a drag series and managed to get partway through despite constant technical glitches. I've tried everything on my end including clearing my browser and using a fresh laptop, but nothing works. I love the content but the streaming is so broken that I'm forced to find it elsewhere. Don't bother subscribing.

Signed up for the seven day free trial but got charged $71.88 within hours. They wouldn't refund it for 10 business days. Ridiculous.

Been using this since 2019 but stopped trusting them years ago. Whenever I took a break from watching, my account would mysteriously vanish. Their support would insist they had no record of my email, even though I'd get emails from them weekly. They'd ask for payment history, make me wait a week, then silently reactivate my account without telling me. This happened yearly and they never once offered a refund for the lost access time. Now it's happening again and they won't stop charging me even though I cancelled.

Terrible experience. Even after I cancelled, they charged me twice without notification. When I asked for my money back, they refused. Had to report it as fraud.

Not worth it. I purchased a yearly subscription during their trial period and once the trial ended, my access disappeared. When I contacted them, they just told me to buy another subscription. No thanks.

Signed up in July and it worked fine until last week when I got a billing error message. Checked my account and didn't see the charge go through, so I reentered my payment info and got charged. A week later the same error popped up again. I know my card has the funds available for the $5 charge. Contacted support and they said they couldn't even find my account despite me sending screenshots of the payment, the error message, and my email address. They suggested signing up fresh and promised a credit but I don't trust their platform anymore. After that experience I deactivated my account because I'm not paying for something I can't use.

Got an email about a 30% discount promotion so I tried to take advantage. Instead of getting the discount, they cancelled my account. When I resubscribed I had to pay full price. Their email support is completely useless. Won't be giving them any more money.

Either their support team is completely incompetent or they're deliberately scamming customers. A $70 charge appeared on my card without authorization. When I reached out about cancelling, they acted like they didn't understand what I was saying and refused to help. This is going to court.

Can't figure out how to cancel! None of the unsubscribe options actually work. I emailed support and they literally just sent me the same options that didn't work in the first place, then claimed the issue was solved. It wasn't. I'm still getting charged every month for this garbage. How hard would it be to add a working cancel button?

Started off okay but ran into constant issues. I'd find something interesting only to be told it wasn't available in my region. Why show me content I can't watch? Even worse, I went back to rewatch something and suddenly it wasn't available anymore even though I'd watched it the day before. New content dried up quickly and became mostly B-movies. Their customer service is useless too. Lasted a couple months before it went downhill fast.

Tried to cancel my free month and they kept offering me additional free months. Seemed great until I realized it was a scam. They charged me every month after that despite supposedly confirming I got free months. Wish I'd documented it better but their support is unreachable anyway. Don't trust this app.

Total waste of time. Never get updates and the service just keeps getting worse. Skip this one.
