Let me be clear: I really do love this store. The men's clothing options are fantastic, the sales are generous, and the whole shopping experience feels premium. But something has changed recently and not for the better. Their customer support team used to be quick and responsive, but lately they've become pretty terrible. I send inquiries about my orders and don't get responses, so I end up calling. That wasn't how things worked just a couple months back. On top of that, they've started leaving me without updates on my order status, which is honestly frustrating and making me like them less. I want to keep shopping here, but when they won't reply or I'm waiting on hold for hours, it's getting hard to stick with them.

When I went to return something, the first thing they asked was whether I bought it with a buy-now-pay-later service. I didn't purchase it myself so I wasn't sure. Instead of giving me the full refund amount, they put whatever they refunded back onto the original payment method. I'm from the US and this would absolutely never happen at American stores. That approach to handling refunds seems cheap to me, but then again, I'm shopping in a different country now. I've spent a lot of money at this retailer over the years but I'm done. I won't be spending any more money there. I'm really disappointed but there are plenty of other places I can shop that probably have better prices anyway.

Really awful. I ordered those leopard print denim shorts in two different sizes, a medium and a large, to see which would fit better. They both came as mediums. The one labeled large is actually a medium. Or possibly the large is supposed to fit someone with a 41 inch hip but won't fit someone with a 37 inch hip. Either way, the sizing information is completely wrong.

Ordered a winter coat and it arrived in just a few days, which was surprisingly fast. Unfortunately, one of the buttons was missing and there was loose thread where it should have been. While extra buttons come with the coat so it's fixable, I'm really let down that a well-known retailer would ship something out with this kind of carelessness.

This retailer has an amazing clothing selection you won't find at other stores. The home furnishings section is truly incredible. I'm a huge fan of this brand. Shoppers can choose between Twik, which targets a younger crowd, or Contemporaine, which is better suited for older women. The customer service has been great, and I'm always impressed by how quickly my orders ship. Really great place to shop.
