Do not order from this company. I bought seven tshirts to send to my son who's deployed in the military for Christmas. I ordered them on the 20th. They offered expedited shipping that would guarantee delivery by the 23rd. I had two choices: pay $36.74 extra for the faster option or take 30% off my whole order. I picked the quicker shipping because I really wanted him to have them before Christmas. Got a text on the 21st saying everything had shipped. Then the 23rd came with a delay notice. The tracking showed items were in the area for delivery. Another delay message came through. I contacted support asking for a refund on the shipping charge and was told I had to wait until delivery actually happened. For the next six days I kept getting delayed notifications. They finally arrived on the 29th. Not the 23rd that was advertised with the $36 shipping option. I get that holidays can cause shipping hiccups, but the company should make it right. I spent two hours on the phone with them today. Same excuses over and over. Even after I gave them all the proof they needed, they refused to do anything about it. They claimed it needed three extra days to 'process' even after I showed them screenshots.

Here's a warning: they don't do refunds and they hide their return policy. I wish I'd checked before spending money here. They won't give you your money back, period. Either accept what you get or lose your cash. The customer service people are useless and mean. I will never buy from this store again. It's basically a ripoff.

I'd give them zero stars if I could because my whole experience with their customer service and online ordering has been a disaster. I only got part of my order when it was supposed to arrive, and I'm still waiting on the rest which is definitely going to be late, if it shows up at all. When I tried to contact customer service, a rep asked for my order number, I gave it to them along with my concerns, and then there was just silence. Never heard back. So I tried emailing instead, hoping maybe I'd get a response that way, but I'm not holding my breath.

Ordering from Spencers online is incredibly stressful. The website seriously needs a complete redesign. Customer service is really disappointing. Their whole returns process is a nightmare. They've had my item for a month now and today they're telling me it'll be another week or two. This is ridiculous.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering online from them. They will charge your card for items that aren't actually in stock. I bought something ten days ago, got charged immediately, but never got a confirmation. When I reached out after not hearing anything, they told me they oversold it and the charge would drop back to my account in three to five days. They didn't apologize or offer to fix anything. It's been ten days now and the charge is still sitting there pending. I called again and got 'well it's five to eight business days,' even though it was already nine business days by that point. More sarcasm and unhelpful comments about how they technically didn't charge me without an order number and since it's still pending it doesn't matter. My bank says to contact the merchant, the merchant says to contact my bank. Super frustrating and really unprofessional. I'd honestly just be happy with an apology and some kind of email explaining what happened with the oversold item and what to expect with the pending charge situation.

The dresses I tried to return from this company have been sent back to me from China. The dresses were terrible, nothing like what the photos showed on their social media. After spending £50 plus another £25 for a return with signature required, they told me it was stuck in customs and then it just came back to me. Please do not buy from this disgusting scam operation. Spencer and Co claims to be from London but they're actually operating out of China.

Paid nearly $30 for faster shipping that was supposed to arrive by August 8th, but it didn't show up until August 11th. When I contacted multiple customer service representatives about this, they admitted the delay happened but point-blank refused to give me a refund. This kind of treatment shows really poor ethics and a complete lack of respect for customers.

Terrible product and terrible service. I wish I could leave no stars but the system requires at least one. Seriously, do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a blouse that looked gorgeous on the website. I spent more than I usually would because I thought it'd be decent quality. What showed up was cheap and ugly. I sent it back because I wouldn't even put it on my pet, and instead of the promised refund, I've gotten annoying demanding emails from what seems like a bot saying lots of stuff but ultimately giving me nothing. I got played. Don't let it happen to you.

Steer clear of this place. I ordered a dress thinking I was buying from a UK supplier. It took about two weeks to arrive and it came from China. I asked for size 20/22 but what they sent wouldn't even fit a 16/18. I contacted them asking for a refund and instead they offered me 80% off another dress. Why would I buy anything else from them when the sizing was wrong? And if I wanted to send this back, it would cost me at least €20 out of my pocket. I shouldn't have to pay anything for their mistake. It's a total scam. Stay away.

This company is absolutely awful. I bought from them and the return shipping alone cost £28. Their communication was really bad. They asked me to show proof I sent the return, which I did. Now they've stopped responding to emails and I'm still waiting for my refund.

This is the worst clothing company around and a complete scam. I ordered under one brand name and when I wanted to return it, the site redirected me to a completely different brand. Neither of these companies seem to actually exist. Only one of the two dresses I ordered even showed up. The one that did arrive looks nothing like the pictures on the website. It's way shorter than advertised, the fabric isn't what they described, and it's smaller than the listed size. Sending it back to China would cost more than the dress itself, so that's not happening. Total scam, avoid this place at all costs.

I fell for their fancy website and ordered 2 tops. They're complete garbage. Not even close to what's in the pictures. The sizes are way off. Skip this company entirely.

I ordered what was listed as a 100% cotton top in size Large, but what arrived was a 100% polyester Small instead. The material quality was terrible. When I tried to get help, nobody responded to my complaints or my request for a refund. Also, shipping took about three weeks, which doesn't match what a US-based company should deliver.

Spencer's ripped me off again. I paid for several items. Again, one item I paid for never made it to my door, and customer service basically said oh well. I'm out the money. This is the second and last time I'm ordering from them.
