They offered expedited shipping that would guarantee delivery by the 23rd. I had two choices: pay $36.74 extra for the faster option or take 30% off my whole order. I picked the quicker shipping because I really wanted him to have them before Christmas. Got a text on the 21st saying everything had shipped. Then the 23rd came with a delay notice. The tracking showed items were in the area for delivery. Another delay message came through. I contacted support asking for a refund on the shipping charge and was told I had to wait until delivery actually happened. For the next six days I kept getting delayed notifications. They finally arrived on the 29th. Not the 23rd that was advertised with the $36 shipping option. I get that holidays can cause shipping hiccups, but the company should make it right. I spent two hours on the phone with them today. Same excuses over and over. Even after I gave them all the proof they needed, they refused to do anything about it. They claimed it needed three extra days to 'process' even after I showed them screenshots.
Here's a warning: they don't do refunds and they hide their return policy. I wish I'd checked before spending money here. They won't give you your money back, period. Either accept what you get or lose your cash. The customer service people are useless and mean. I will never buy from this store again. It's basically a ripoff.

My bank says to contact the merchant, the merchant says to contact my bank. Super frustrating and really unprofessional. I'd honestly just be happy with an apology and some kind of email explaining what happened with the oversold item and what to expect with the pending charge situation.
The dresses I tried to return from this company have been sent back to me from China. The dresses were terrible, nothing like what the photos showed on their social media. After spending £50 plus another £25 for a return with signature required, they told me it was stuck in customs and then it just came back to me. Please do not buy from this disgusting scam operation. Spencer and Co claims to be from London but they're actually operating out of China.

When I contacted multiple customer service representatives about this, they admitted the delay happened but point-blank refused to give me a refund. This kind of treatment shows really poor ethics and a complete lack of respect for customers.
Terrible product and terrible service. I wish I could leave no stars but the system requires at least one. Seriously, do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a blouse that looked gorgeous on the website. I spent more than I usually would because I thought it'd be decent quality. What showed up was cheap and ugly. Steer clear of this place. I ordered a dress thinking I was buying from a UK supplier. It took about two weeks to arrive and it came from China.
