Ordered two items with a promised delivery date of mid-March. Got one item early but nothing about the second one. No tracking, no timeframe, but they charged me for both upfront. Called their customer service line and got an automated message that wouldn't accept calls. Emailed customer service and heard nothing back. Looks like I'll have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. The products are good but their service is a nightmare.

They don't have real customer service at all. Everything is automated responses that repeat. Stay away, they're not the trusted company they used to be. Turns out they're just a design company that sells through a warehouse distributor with no actual company support behind it.

Got an order at 30% off retail with a timer saying the sale ends in hours. That timer kept going for days though. Now the same items are 40% off with another timer running. This whole thing is misleading, dishonest, and frankly deceptive bait and switch.

Their flash sale tactics are really sketchy. I bought something at 30% off and they had this urgent countdown timer saying only hours left. Turns out they kept running that same timer for over a week straight. Now the identical products are marked down 40% with another timer. It's deceptive, dishonest, and basically bait and switch nonsense.

My experience with Spyder was terrible on every level. Spent nearly a thousand bucks across several purchases and they treated me poorly. Wanted to trade a jacket for a smaller size but needed them to price match what I paid before. Their service rep shut me down, and when I asked for a manager she said no to applying the original sale price as a credit. They wouldn't even do it as a one time favor considering how much I've spent. On top of that their return policy is complicated and expensive. They won't let you send back multiple separate orders in one package, so you end up paying for separate return shipments. It's a scheme to make customers pay extra fees. If they had actual stores where you try things on first, half these problems wouldn't happen. I'm done with them completely and recommend shopping elsewhere.

The quality of Spyder products has really gone downhill. I've been buying their stuff for over 40 years so I know what good quality looks like. Sent in a jacket for warranty work and paid shipping. They fixed the broken zipper and pocket wrong, then corrected it after I sent photos. Then they lost it in shipping back to me and never told me. When I finally got a replacement it was cheap quality nothing like what it should've been. Won't respond to my messages anymore. Seven months dealing with this is absolutely ridiculous.

Website showed the price as $89 but when the item arrived it had a new tag marked $79. I'm happy with what I got but the pricing thing really bothered me.

Absolutely terrible company. Been trying to get customer service to respond by email for over a month with no luck. Messaged them on every social media account they have and got ignored on all of them. Even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they still won't respond. This is hands down the worst business I've ever dealt with. I had basic questions about pricing and needed return help. They take your money and disappear. Don't get fooled by their athlete endorsements. Skip Spyder entirely. Good luck getting support if you need it.

Got someone else's order shipped to me instead of mine. They're making me handle all the paperwork to fix it and I have to pay to send it back before they'll give me my actual items. This mistake is completely on them but somehow I'm the one fixing it. Even worse, they told me to fill out the customs form wrong on the return label. I'm still fighting for a refund and can only assume it'll be just as frustrating as this whole process has been.

Placed an order online but they shipped me someone else's stuff. Now they want me to handle everything myself to fix their mistake and eat the return costs before they'll send what I actually paid for. It's all their fault but I have to deal with it. What really concerns me is they wanted me to use incorrect paperwork on the shipping label. Still fighting to get my money back and honestly I expect this to be just as painful as getting the wrong order was.

Reached out to their customer service on Black Friday. It's now over two weeks later and I haven't heard anything back. Because they never responded, I ended up missing the sale I was asking about. Even sent a follow up email reminding them I was still waiting. Still nothing.

I've been a loyal Spyder customer for years and loved their products. Then I started a warranty claim and everything fell apart. Sent in a jacket in early March. Heard nothing for weeks, so I followed up. Got told they couldn't repair it and to pick a replacement. I did the same day but never got anything. Kept reaching out with no response. Months later someone finally got back to me saying what I picked wasn't available. We arranged a store credit and a code that supposedly worked after September 1st. Tried using the code in late September and it didn't work. Asked for help multiple times and got nothing. Still no resolution as of now. Found out they might be going through financial trouble. Something's definitely changed with this company and I'm extremely let down and frustrated.

Bought a pair of Overweb GTX ski gloves in my usual medium size. I've worn their gloves for years with no problems but these are awful. The fingers are way too tight and the thumb is short plus awkwardly sewn so you can't move your hand properly. Almost impossible to wear comfortably. Tried returning them and first they said no way it's too late. When I pushed back they finally agreed but wouldn't honor what their own return policy said I should get. After complaining again they offered a bit more and I accepted. When I actually got the credit though it was only the smaller amount I had already turned down. Don't buy from them. The products aren't good and customer service can't be trusted.
