Terrible customer service and the sizing is way off. Their sock sizing seems random and inconsistent. I ordered mediums that were way too big and smalls that were too tight. Their website says small and youth large fit the same shoe sizes but they definitely don't. When I asked for a refund on socks that don't fit, they turned me down. They also wouldn't give me any kind of discount code to buy the right size even though I spent a lot on socks I can't even wear. Their sizing info doesn't match up with what you get. Plus these are pricey socks so getting ones that don't fit is frustrating. Not happy.
Like some others have mentioned, I have older pairs that are still fantastic. The newer ones though are pretty disappointing. They're basically the same as cheap socks you'd grab off a regular store shelf. Better to skip them.
They look great when you first get them but they fall apart fast. I spent a lot of money on four pairs and within about a year they had holes worn through the bottoms and heels. Can't even wear them anymore. I barely wore them regularly either. I have cheaper socks that have lasted five years without falling apart. Not worth it.

Spent less than 30 on my order. Ordered it on November 27th and by December 7th still nothing. Left a negative review and someone finally replied saying they'd emailed me about the shipment. Checked both my inbox and spam folder and there's nothing. It's now mid December and I still haven't received the order or any updates from them. At least they have my money.
Their products are definitely quality, which is why I ordered them for my son's birthday. Problem is their ordering system is completely broken. I had to place two separate orders just to get him socks and underwear. On his birthday he only got one gift email notification. When I reached out with questions, nobody responded over the weekend. I had to follow up again on Tuesday and finally got an answer. Turns out they can only send one subscription per email address, so my son would need a brand new email just to get his second gift. No phone support either, only email and text. It makes zero sense that you can't order two subscriptions with the same email address. Compare that to Amazon and their system seems ancient. They did refund one order, and the people helping me were nice and polite, but there's only so much they can do when the technology isn't built right.
I purchased some socks from Stance back in October 2015 as gifts for family members and they knew they'd be premium quality. That first pair I got is still going strong!
