Stay away from this place. Had a gift card that wasn't working, needed three replacement cards before I could use it. When I tried to also apply a sale discount code to my purchase, the system wouldn't let me use both. Customer service told me I'd have to pay full price and they'd reimburse me the discount later. Then they said the discount only applied to one item instead of all items like it did when I tested it myself before realizing the gift card issue. I asked for a full refund on everything. A week passes and they say they can't cancel till the stuff is in stock. A month goes by with no contact from them at all. Finally I reach out and they suddenly remember me and send a refund confirmation but list the gift card as a discount. I have to go back and ask them to also refund the actual card amount to the person who gave it to me, and explain that a 200 dollar card isn't the same as a discount. Several more weeks later I realize they never refunded the extra money I paid even though they sent a confirmation and returned the gift card amount.

This was my first time with them and I was excited about a bag I picked up on sale. Opened it up and immediately noticed scratches and scuffs all over the leather. Contacted them to see about swapping it for an undamaged copy. They said no. I was totally confused because I'm not even asking for cash back, just a different bag. Sent pictures as proof and their response was basically sorry, it's on sale so no returns. Asked again and got radio silence. Don't recommend. They won't take responsibility for their products even when you get them damaged straight out of the box.

It was part of a bundle so I was let down. Their response was really understanding they just shipped the other piece for free and refunded what the top cost the very next business day. Since I got it as a set with a skirt, I was pretty frustrated. They got back to me saying they understood and would just send the skirt free while refunding that part. True to their word, the money showed up the next business day. Haven't gotten my stuff yet, but I'm confident the quality will be great.
