I ordered the Bozeman Crushable felt hat for fall and it got to me pretty quick, just a few days. The packaging was better than my earlier Contoy Straw hat purchase from earlier in the summer, which makes sense since this one cost twice as much. I used the same size as before but this 7 1/8th medium felt tight right out of the box. The leather hatband will break in with wear. It was much snugger than the straw hat initially, but after a few hours of wearing it I could get comfortable in it. I really like how soft the felt is, and after a day of wearing it hard, pushing it down on my head, it started to loosen up and now sits comfortably and stays in place. The leather band has stretched to fit my head perfectly like a glove and I wear it every day now. I'm definitely planning to buy another Stetson or two in the future.
I'd been eyeing the Contoy Straw Hat online for about a week before deciding to buy it. It's my favorite style since I was younger. Terrible experience with their customer service. They sent me a damaged hat and when I complained, they claimed that's how it's supposed to look.
