We picked up the Cruz stroller and Mesa v3 car seat, plus we'll reuse the old bassinet. Your quality and prices are unbeatable. In 2021 we had to wait about 4 weeks, which made sense during that shipping crisis situation. This time I placed my order Monday night, February 2nd without expecting much since the shower was Saturday the 7th. It arrived Thursday, February 5th and we were so excited! Our 4 year old grandson even helped put the wheels on. Only downside was the stroller box showed up pretty beat up and I got nervous something might be broken or missing. Turned out fine though because everything inside was packed really well and nothing was damaged.
Update: Got in touch with customer service about my missing package and they're sending a replacement. Kyleyn did a fantastic job helping me out, so I'm adjusting my rating accordingly. Original issue: My shipment is now a week behind schedule, likely from bad winter weather, but the company never contacted me about it, didn't acknowledge the holdup, or gave me any timeline on when to expect delivery.
