The warehouse staff supposedly inspects shoes before they go out, but mine arrived completely dirty. Looking at them, I'd bet they're floor models or someone wore them and sent them back. Customer service was helpful and said I could return them. The thing is, this shouldn't be happening in the first place. I've bought from style trend for many years with no issues until now. After this, I'm not sure I want to shop with them anymore.

I grabbed a pair of sandals on sale and was keeping an eye on the price. When they dropped, I jumped on them but picked the wrong size. Sent them back using Styletread's return label which is super convenient. When I went to reorder in the right size, the discount was gone. So I emailed customer service and asked if there was any way I could still get that sale price. Sonia in customer care was absolutely wonderful and managed to get me the sandals at the discounted rate, saving me almost forty bucks. I buy most of my shoes from StyleTread now and have told my friends about them too.

A week later and one big box is still stuck in the system! Australia Post said I'd have to wait another ten days before anything could be done. Time was running out on the thirty day window, so I reached out through their online chat. Got a response right away both times I've chatted with them. Once I explained what was happening, the person I talked to said they'd process my refund anyway since my parcel was logged with tracking. One to five business days they said. I checked my bank account for something completely different and boom, the money was already there! Hard to beat service like that.

The customer service is outstanding. Responses come back fast and refunds are handled promptly. Definitely where I shop for all my online shoe purchases. Thanks!

Ordered Django and Juliette shoes that fit too small even though I normally wear that size. Returned them at my own cost, ordered the next size up, and they mailed the wrong shoes even though the box label was correct. They gave me pushback but took them back anyway, and I had to pay postage again. Really wanted these shoes since they were discounted, so I bought them one more time in my actual size and paid the postage. In the end I paid for shipping five times, including for their mix-ups! Won't be shopping there anymore.

My order through Afterpay never showed up. I've lost track of how many emails I've sent, probably over ten at this point. Turns out Afterpay did send them the payment, but something went wrong with their system and my order never got created, so no shoes. They're going to see if they can get Afterpay to send my money back. The whole thing has been a disaster with no responses, no support, and nobody seems to care. Total waste of time with this company. Don't use them.

The customer service here is really disappointing. Phones just ring and ring without anyone picking up, and emails go unanswered for months.

Fast shipping showed up, stuff was packaged well, and the prices were reasonable. Returns were free but the whole process felt disjointed and all over the place. Had to reach out multiple times just to get them to send me the return form. Everything goes through text or email, no phone line to call directly. Things did work out in the end though.

Don't shop at Styletread. Getting your shoes delivered works fine, but trying to return something that doesn't fit? Forget about it. I sent back some shoes recently and fired off at least seven emails even though I had receipts proving the warehouse got my package back. Nobody ever got back to me. That money's gone for good because they simply won't respond. Think twice before ordering from Styletread unless you're prepared to lose your refund if the shoes don't work out.

My order got cancelled out of nowhere with zero explanation and no email letting me know. When I tried to reach out, they wouldn't respond to me.

Just avoid this website entirely!!!!! I had my bank reach out, plus got them to contact my credit card company about a charge that kept getting denied.... AVOID THIS PLACE... sketchy operation

Pretty frustrating experience with this place. Went back multiple times trying to order a pair of running shoes for men but the checkout just wouldn't go through. After seeing what other folks wrote about this store, I realized most of the feedback is negative. Decided to skip Styletread altogether and look elsewhere, especially for a company claiming to be proudly made in Australia.

Been stuck trying to complete a return for three weeks with nothing to show for it. Their returns page won't let you pick which shoe you want to send back. I sat waiting in their live chat over fifteen times and they were either closed or made me wait two to three hours. Sent tons of emails and got nothing back. Looks like I'm just going to sell them on Facebook. This place is a disaster, skip it.
