Went to both the Ashford and Bluewater locations and stupidly grabbed the wrong size jacket at first. Bluewater let me swap it out even though I'd already taken the tag off, so I left totally pleased. Both stores had really great customer service.

Got shoes shipped to me and they arrived in rough shape. The left shoe had creasing and some damage between the pair. When I sent photos asking about it, they emailed back offering only a 5 dollar refund, which basically just covers postage. Nobody mentioned swapping them out or giving me my money back fully. Wish I'd read more reviews before ordering because this definitely won't happen again. Not coming back to this company.

Came into the Kingston store back in July to get wedding suits for my husband-to-be and his groomsmen party. Martin greeted us with such a warm and professional attitude right from the start. He stuck with us through the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect suits for all 8 of us. We can't thank Martin enough for making the whole thing so simple and stress-free. He really made our wedding prep easy.

Ordered a two piece suit and when it got here the jacket was way too small. There was no returns label included in the box. I'm seriously disabled so getting to a physical store isn't realistic, and I don't have a printer to make my own label. The closest returns spot doesn't have a printer either. The customer service email they sent me doesn't even work. I need this suit right now for a family wedding and this whole situation is a nightmare.

DO NOT TRUST SUIT DIRECT. Ordered shoes on December 6 for a major family wedding and they never showed up. The whole situation was made worse by how poorly they handled the communication. The shipping company kept saying the package was coming but just delayed, while Suit Direct claimed there was an address problem and sent it back without actually telling me. I got completely ruined and ended up with no shoes for the wedding, no time to get replacements, and tons of stress and embarrassment. The refund only happened after I pestered them about it, and there was zero compensation or real apology. That tells you everything about how they treat customers. If you're ordering for something important, don't risk it. I'm done with this company for good.

Steven at the Cheshire Oaks location gave me incredible service. He really made the whole thing enjoyable and I ended up buying the full three piece suit with all the accessories to match. The suit is top quality and so was the service. Thanks Steven.

Our son's suit started falling apart way too fast. After only 18 wears over five months, the material was pilling really badly and it was clearly poor quality. When we went back to the store about it, they basically said it wasn't their concern and wouldn't do anything to help. The manager thought it was totally fine that a suit would fall apart after just 18 wears. We spent 270 dollars on the suit plus three pairs of trousers and got nowhere. So we took our son to another suit shop nearby and paid more but got way better quality that's held up through 40 plus wears with zero issues. Go somewhere else.

Paid for next day delivery but my package didn't show. After waiting 24 hours I reached out to both the company and the shipper to figure out what was going on. The shipping company got back saying the item might be lost and they'd search for it but I still haven't heard anything back. It's been 6 days now since I ordered and the shop hasn't even replied to my email or my message through their site. For someone who paid for rush delivery, the lack of communication here feels pretty unacceptable.

Ordered a suit online that never arrived. When I tried to deal with it, the company wouldn't take responsibility for the lost package and made the whole refund process way harder than it needed to be.

The whole experience was fantastic. The customer service when I was shopping for my suits was top notch from beginning to end.

Visited the Bridgend store and were greeted with such warmth by Nigel, this amazing sales guy who really knows suits inside and out. He was incredibly helpful getting my partner set up with his wedding suit. When you're dropping serious cash you want serious service, and Nigel delivered exactly that. He's such a great person and spent real time making sure we got the perfect fit. Can't recommend him highly enough. Even though the store was crazy busy and some lady was trying to pull his attention elsewhere, Nigel made us feel like we were his only customers. Phenomenal service.

Walked in needing a suit but honestly had no clue what we wanted. This guy named Roly helped us out and was just incredible. He got us measured up with a really great suit and helped make sure the fit was right. I'd tell anyone to check them out.

Stopped by the Castleford location and the whole team made me feel welcome right away. I was picking up stuff for an upcoming cruise, both fancy and casual items, and the crew there made it super easy. Rob, Andre, and Neil all chipped in to help me find everything I needed. They really went the distance with their service and made the whole experience smooth. If you're in the area, definitely check out the Castleford store. Highly recommend.

We were in the area for a flower show and decided to visit the Kingston store. Javad took great care of us and really understood what my husband was looking for in a suit. The jacket and trousers needed some adjustments and we weren't able to come back for pickup. Instead of turning us away, Javad actually mailed the finished suit to us on his own time and even sent back the change from what we paid for postage. That kind of going the extra mile really impressed us. Can't say enough good things about Javad and that store.

Wayne helped us out when we came in and he was fantastic. Really polite, never pushy, and gave us plenty of time to make up our minds. The quality of the suits and shirts we grabbed is excellent, and the prices were fair too. Wayne's knowledge helped guide our choices and he was great about everything we picked.
