Our treadmill started having trouble after three years of use. Turns out the motor wasn't built to handle years of low-speed walking workouts. Since the warranty had already expired, the company won't replace the motor at no charge. The machine's basically done for and fixing it doesn't make financial sense, so it'll likely end up in a landfill. Pretty disappointing overall.

Since they clearly can't fix orders when things go wrong and their support staff offers nothing beyond empty apologies, I'm leaving another one star review. This company has serious issues with getting orders out the door, and if you run into a problem with their product, good luck getting anything resolved. Stay away!

Even though customer support was great, the product wasn't. A new belt costs 20 bucks, the crank puller is 18, plus 6 for shipping. When I took the belt off, I saw damage to the plastic pulley too, which would've been extra money. At this point I'm just cutting my losses and moving on.
