I sent 4 separate emails with no answers. Their chat feature didn't help either. Same story on Facebook, they just ignored me. It's ridiculous that a technology company provides such poor customer support. They take payment and then disappear. Bottom line: shop somewhere else if you want reliable service and actual products that arrive.
