WISH I COULD GIVE THIS A LOWER RATING. Got a loader from this supplier and it broke the first time I tried to use it. Contacted customer service and they couldn't even find my order in their system. Couldn't look up anything by my name either, totally useless. The loader was defective right out of the box and couldn't load a single round. I opened it up and found a bent spring inside. Just asked for a replacement spring since they clearly sold a faulty product. They wouldn't even send me a cheap replacement spring. All I got was excuses. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They won't even replace a spring and that's probably why nobody likes them.
Worst online snowboard gear company I've ever dealt with. Their customer service reps are incredibly rude, sarcastic, and condescending. Bought a Burton bib to replace some older ones, decided I didn't need it after patching up the old pair, and wanted to return it even though it had never been worn with tags still on. They refused because it was outside their 60-day window. My receipt doesn't even mention this policy. Asked for a manager and they said none were available and wouldn't tell me when one would be. Called a store location and an assistant manager said it would be fine and to expect an email. The email I got was unhelpful and basically said tough luck. Looking up their ratings shows I'm far from the only person with this problem.
Their customer service is a joke. I ordered a complete setup and realized right away I forgot to add my apartment number. Emailed them immediately to fix it. Instead of helping, they marked it shipped and refused to make the change. It took three weeks after my email before it even got to the carrier. When it arrived, one item was broken. They wouldn't help at all and said I should pay to replace the defective product. They don't care about selling quality stuff. Not spending another cent there. Going to competitors with actual customer service.
This place is a total scam. I never got my order delivered and they flat out refused to give me my money back. When they do respond to emails, they just keep asking the same things like 'What's your order number' or 'Were you home for delivery'. Don't bother with them.

Think some of the negative reviews online blow things out of proportion. Assuming my items are right, I'll definitely order from them again.
Foolishly ordered twice from Tactics and both times the website redirected me to magazine purchases instead of letting me finish my order. I went through PayPal and they confirmed it went through, but Tactics never sent me any confirmation at all. Very rude. I'm making sure they don't get paid for those shoes.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. I bought shoes for seventy-five dollars and they sent it to their fraud division for some reason. They emailed me saying I had to call and verify everything. Nobody answers the phone, nobody calls back, emails go unanswered. I'm out seventy-five bucks because of them. Save your money and don't make this mistake. The phone just plays a recording saying someone is unavailable. Somehow a skate shop is too busy to respond for two days.
