The Teva Hurricane is hands down the most comfortable shoe I own. Walking in them feels like stepping on air while still getting great arch support. I absolutely adore them and would love to see additional color choices available.

Terrible customer service experience. Getting in touch with someone is basically impossible except through texting. Nobody working there has the power to actually fix problems, not even managers. All of this means most issues just don't get resolved. I dropped $175 on winter boots and wore them three times before a huge split opened up in the seam. Since I was two months past their one year cutoff, they refused to do anything. They told me to fix them myself. Meanwhile those same boots are now on clearance for $90. Instead of taking care of customers and offering a replacement, they just lost someone who would have bought from them forever. I'm telling everyone I know about this experience. Do not buy from this company.

Please honor your warranty! I've read so many comments from customers saying quality isn't what it used to be. My universal sandals fell apart after just one month of normal wear. The rubber on the inside of the toe area started peeling off for no reason. When I contacted customer service, they refused to acknowledge it was a manufacturing issue, even though it clearly was. I used to love these shoes, but I won't be ordering from this brand ever again. If you won't stand behind what you sell, then there's no point in buying it.

I got the Terra Canyon Mesh Trainers thinking they'd be perfect for summer, and they do look nice. Unfortunately the build quality is really disappointing. After just under two months, the canvas material on the heel started getting thin and eventually tore through. I guess you get what you pay for with these.

The product itself is nice at first, but mine started having issues with the sole separating from the shoe. I sent a message through the chat feature and got zero response. I've also emailed their customer service address twice over the past month with no reply. Pretty disappointed with how they handle customer problems.

Best purchase ever! I left my beach footwear behind at a beach destination with pebbles, and all I had were my Teva sandals to rely on. They worked amazingly well for swimming! The air chambers inside provide excellent buoyancy and give me confidence when I venture far into the water. I just wear them the whole time so I don't have to worry about carrying extra stuff. Honestly can't imagine life without them!

The design gives plenty of room for broader feet since your toes have space to wiggle. The support team was really helpful when I was figuring out my size. I usually wear a 6.5 but the 6 is a perfect fit for me. Absolutely planning to get another pair.

Skip the teva brand entirely. My husband and I have been loyal customers for years until recently. Our last four pairs (I'm not exaggerating) all completely fell apart within 3 to 6 months. Getting returns processed through the retail outlet was doable but annoying since we had to drive a long distance. When I ordered directly from the Australian site for myself, those fell apart in less than six months too. Good luck getting customer service to help you once you're outside their 12 month window.

Great customer service from this company! I ordered the terrain shoes in the wrong size and the package included a super easy exchange option with a return label already printed. Not many brands do this kind of thing and I really appreciated the convenience. Both shipments came lightning fast and the courier communication was excellent throughout. Grabbed the waterproof sandals and six months in the rubber sole started coming apart. I sent them back while the warranty was active and got them back with a rejection notice. When I phoned customer service, they said whatever the warranty center decided was final. That's ridiculous because there was barely any visible damage. Really frustrated as a customer.

My first pair of Teva flip flops was incredible. I wore them regularly for a whole decade at the beach, the lake, around the neighborhood, and even while lifeguarding at the shore. The soles finally wore through after all that use. When I needed new ones for my job as a pool lifeguard, I grabbed another pair. But these new ones fell apart after just four weeks. The sole started separating and I had to glue them multiple times. Every couple weeks they'd come loose again. While working the other night, the strap that goes between the toes snapped completely. These only lasted me about a year and a half. It's really disappointing because I loved my old pair so much. The brand definitely isn't making things like they used to. Not buying from them again.

Picked up the Hurricane XLT2 and wow, they're insanely comfy. I can tackle challenging hiking adventures all day long without any issues. The traction and durability are excellent. I ended up ordering several sizes to find my perfect fit and the returns process was smooth sailing. Some negative reviews out there, but mine have been an amazing investment.
