The shirt came as expected a couple days before Christmas, but the pants never even shipped by that date. Then I get a message saying they'll refund me because the pants are out of stock. It's crazy that they let you buy something and don't tell you until over a week later that they don't actually have it.
Really disappointed with how things went. I ordered some towels, got charged for them, and they never showed up. Tried calling the store multiple times but couldn't get through to anyone. It's been weeks now and still nothing. This is heartbreaking because I used to love shopping there. If we don't get the towels or a refund soon, we're done with them for good.
I've been shopping here for years and this recent experience really disappointed me. Picked up some king size sheets during a sale that were marked down from one seventy-five. When they arrived, they were so thin and flimsy. They're a cotton and polyester mix and after washing and drying the pillowcases came out incredibly rough and scratchy. I tried returning them but got told that their return policy doesn't accept sheets once they've been washed. How am I supposed to know if they're rough until I actually use them? These would never make it onto a guest bed, they're that bad. The prices keep going up at the Bay while the quality keeps going down.
