I ordered a pair of men's winter boots. A few days went by and then I got an email saying they had to cancel my order because of stock problems and issued a refund. Really frustrated with how this whole thing was handled.

I got shipped the completely wrong items. Getting ahold of anyone has been impossible. There's basically no way to return anything. So my money is gone and I'm stuck with whatever showed up at my door. Lost over $300 on this. This is seriously messed up and deserves legal action.

I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes totaling around $700 and was thrilled with the pricing. I paid a little extra for overnight shipping. Next morning around 11 am they canceled it on me. When I reached out, they said their system rejected the payment even though my card got charged for the full amount. So I ordered again and paid $8 for expedited delivery. Fine, I'll do it. They emailed me back around 3:20 pm apologizing for the first cancellation. I said okay, let's move forward. I asked if my new order would arrive that day since I paid for fast shipping. No response. Still waiting for it. My bank statement shows negative $1400. This place is either running a scam or has completely incompetent staff. Something's seriously broken here.

My package came 5 days later than when they promised it would with the expedited delivery I paid for. I'd already taken off to Colombia by then. They offered me a $10 code to make up for it. That's basically useless.

Like other people who gave bad reviews, I ordered boots that came in two different sizes and they refused to correct it. This outfit is awful and acts sketchy. They're basically a front operation that buys unsold inventory from their sister store to dump garbage on people hunting for deals. Maybe you'll be fine, but if anything goes wrong, you can kiss your money goodbye. Absolutely dreadful!

I took a gamble on a pair of Kamik Ariel Lo boots and I'm regretting it. The sizing guide they provide is way off, and the fit isn't right. These boots are super rigid and uncomfortable. There's stitching on both sides where the tongue meets the widest part of your foot that actually hurts instead of providing support. Plus this site won't take returns, give refunds, or adjust the price. Shop somewhere else and get boots from a company that'll back their products and accept returns. Not worth the risk.

There's no way to send stuff back, so you better hope the shoe size you always wear actually fits. Otherwise you're stuck with it. Since 2016 I keep coming back here for clothing, footwear, and outerwear. Check their sizing guides or find the item somewhere else to try on first since they don't accept returns. It's a clearance spot and their policy makes sense for what they are. You have to agree and check a box or the system won't let you buy. I treat pricing changes like a little game with retailers and occasionally lose a couple bucks, which is nothing compared to what I used to waste on other stuff. Terms are laid out plainly.

You can get amazing deals on outdoor equipment here. Just know that this is a clearance outlet, everything ships as final sale, and they spell all that out right at checkout. If you understand those terms and use the sizing guides, you'll walk away with killer deals. Delivery moves quick. I've been a customer for years. No complaints.

UPDATE: Turns out there was a specific way to work the zipper and it had silicone on it too. It actually works fine now. The company reached out to me and would have fixed it if it really was broken. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought a down jacket at a decent price with speedy shipping, but the zipper didn't work and the jacket was impossible to wear. Total waste. Had to contact them about it and never heard back. Really letdown!
