According to them, The Tot submitted incorrect customs paperwork and the package is stuck. But The Tot's tracking shows cleared customs. Their phone line just has a voicemail system. Nobody picks up. Calls are never returned. Emails might get a response after a week, if at all, and it's usually unhelpful. They have over 1100 dollars of my money and I have nothing to show for it or get a refund. Absolutely furious with this operation!!!
