Placed an order on the 21st of January and still waiting as of the 6th of February. Called customer service four days back and was told the items went out on the 22nd, so just hold tight and reach out in a couple days. Got back to them again and apparently someone's looking into it now but it's been two days with zero updates. Customer service here is really disappointing.

Having a terrible time with this so far. I ordered two shirts last Tuesday and paid extra for 48 hour delivery. Now it's Monday and still nothing showed up. Called them and they're saying it's actually three to five business days, so why would they charge extra for 48 hour service? Checked on it again and turns out the package has been sitting in a warehouse since Thursday. This is really bad service.

I'm really frustrated with how this company handled my order and their shipping service. I paid an extra forty dollars for rush shipping, and their website clearly promised delivery in three to four business days. My order didn't even start being processed until two full days after I placed it, even though I sent follow-up messages on the day I ordered, the next day, and again when I still hadn't gotten a confirmation. Because of these delays, my delivery estimate ended up being six business days after I placed the order. That completely defeated the purpose of paying for expedited shipping. I asked them to refund the shipping fee and had to chase customer support multiple times, but they refused. They even changed their website to say four to five business days instead, but wouldn't acknowledge they broke their original promise to me. The customer service responses were slow and kind of dismissive the whole time, and they never took responsibility for what went wrong no matter how many times I tried to work it out.

Never got my order. I placed it with TM Lewin and their site says the order was processed, but the tracking shows it was never actually sent out. When I called customer service they said I'd need to sit tight for two more weeks while they look into it. That's just not acceptable.

So I went ahead and ordered a suit Thursday night the 14th with next day shipping. Hit Saturday and the carrier texts me that there's a delay coming on Monday instead. Still nothing after another two business days, so I contact TM. They right away refund the expedited charge and promise to follow up with the carrier. Over a week goes by still no package, so I reach out one more time. A representative named Mikayla responds right away and tells me the order appears to have been lost in the system. She gives me the choice of a full refund or a replacement shipment. I choose replacement and Mikayla promises to push the warehouse to get it out fast. Sure enough, exactly two days later my new suit shows up. Was genuinely amazed at how professional and quick TM handled everything. Really impressed all around!

They immediately refunded the expedited shipping charge and said they'd check with the carrier. A week and a half passes with still no suit, so I email again. This time a staff member named Mikayla gets back to me pretty quickly and lets me know the order was probably lost somewhere in transit. She asks if I want my money back or a replacement, and I go with the replacement. True to her word, Mikayla contacts the warehouse and boom, my replacement arrives two days later. I was genuinely blown away by how TM handled the whole mess. Really impressed with the turnaround and the care they took to make it right. Keep doing what you're doing!
