The Glasgow Queen Street location is perfectly situated for both exploring the city and getting around to other parts of Scotland. The room had all the essentials for a few nights away. WiFi connection was reliable, though there's an extra charge for it in the super rooms at that time, though policies may have changed since then. The beds are really comfortable, and while there's a bar and cafe, I didn't use it myself.

The location here is perfect whether you want to explore Glasgow or venture out across Scotland. My room had everything I needed during my few nights. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't functioning, which let steam accumulate and bothered my asthma condition. I was told repairs couldn't happen during my stay. The breakfast offerings weren't really appealing to me. The staff were generally friendly and cooperative. One person made an accusatory comment toward me, and when I raised the issue, no apology or compensation was offered.

The breakfast wasn't what I would have chosen. Staff were typically nice and helpful. I was accused of something inappropriate by a staff member, complained about it, but received no compensation.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in years. The Regent in Leamington was disappointing from the moment we got to the room. Check-in went fine, but the room itself was absolutely disappointing. There was a big water stain on the ceiling, the windows rattled in the breeze, and the whole space looked tired and not well cared for. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority. We found candy wrappers under the bed and another guest's paperwork left behind, which says a lot. The bathroom was disgusting with buildup on the walls and around the shower. The soap dispenser had some brown substance in it that looked nasty and unsafe. We didn't feel comfortable even using the kettle. There were no glasses for drinking water, and when we asked staff they weren't helpful. The pillows were uncomfortably hard. Overall it was an unpleasant, uncomfortable night. I'd suggest looking at the Premier Inn down the street instead. Definitely worth spending a bit more to stay somewhere better.

Seems like they need to start putting customers first rather than profits. I see why that other guest barely got paid. I had an accident at their hotel and the staff didn't want to get involved. Nobody provided medical help and I got zero compensation despite what happened.

Time for them to focus more on taking care of guests instead of worrying so much about the bottom line. I'm not shocked that another guest barely got compensated. Two nights at Travelodge Aldershot for just 68 pounds is an absolute steal. Breakfast costs extra at 9.99 but it's totally worth adding on. The location is right downtown, and the double room was spacious and well maintained. The bathroom and shower were both really nice. They have a bar on site, but there's a Wetherspoons nearby too if you prefer. You can get to London by train in about 50 minutes. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, this stay didn't work out well for us. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the bathroom floor made weird creaking sounds. The breakfast left a lot to be desired - the hash browns were tough as nails, the sausages seemed cheap and tasted awful, and the scrambled eggs were cold. We probably won't return. That said, the staff members were really friendly and caring.

We really enjoyed our time at Llanelli. The people working there were always courteous and willing to assist. The accommodations are straightforward but nice. We'd definitely stay again and tell others about our experience.
