I ordered several jackets online to see which fit best. The fit is sleek and doesn't add bulk, which is exactly what I needed since I don't layer much underneath. I went with the Eldridge Men's Goose Down Parka because of how clean it looks, and I could definitely feel the warmth when I had it on indoors. The construction feels really solid. Returning items was super easy too. What really impressed me was when I left something in the return box by accident, they shipped it back to me at no extra charge without making a big deal about it. If they get more inventory in stock, I'd definitely recommend picking up a jacket from them.

The inventory here is really disappointing. Most of their popular items seem to constantly be out of stock, which tells me they have major issues managing what they have. When I reached out to them, they let me know they're discontinuing a bunch of their best-selling pieces. I'm not planning to shop with them anymore.

This was the worst coat purchase I've ever made. Honestly, it barely keeps you warm. The moment I put it on, I could tell this was cheap merchandise and I wish I'd paid attention to the other reviews warning me. I should've just spent the extra money on something better instead. Plus the jacket had this strong chemical smell right out of the box like dyed synthetics. I tried returning it but they didn't attach the label properly, so when it fell off during shipping they rejected the return. It looks decent from a distance, but wearing it felt pretty foolish.

Really solid jacket and the quality is fantastic. Totally worth every penny I spent. Even though there are some negative reviews out there, my experience with the product and customer service has been completely positive from start to finish.

Do not order from this website. They sent me the wrong item - I got a cheaper, shorter, and less attractive coat than what I paid $670 for. Now they're completely ghosting me. I've written more than 6 emails trying to get them to fix this and nobody responds. They claim to have live chat support but that's completely false. They basically stole $60 from me and sent me something I never wanted. It's unacceptable that after spending hundreds on a jacket, I'm just being left hanging like this. Stay away from this site or you'll lose your money just like I did.

The jacket does keep you warm, which was my main goal, so that part's great. Unfortunately, after about a year and a half, the shoulders started fading to a lighter shade and by then it was too late to swap it out. I kept wearing it anyway despite getting some funny looks, but eventually it got so worn out looking that I had to get rid of it.

The jacket arrived with a really unpleasant smell that made it unwearable. I asked about a return and dealt with customer service that was dismissive and unhelpful. The rep showed no sympathy for getting a smelly jacket that had clearly been sitting in storage way too long with that stale, musty odor. Instead of offering any kind of replacement or taking responsibility, he just told me to send it back to him overseas and refused to pay for return shipping. I'd already paid £40 to get the jacket delivered, and he wouldn't even partially help with the £20 return cost even though I offered to split it fifty-fifty. When I mentioned filing a dispute with my credit card company, he basically dared me to do it and still wouldn't budge on covering any of the costs. This company does not care about keeping customers happy and won't stand behind their products at all.
