Ordered two pairs of jeans and it turned into a complete disaster that could have been avoided. When I submitted my order, my address somehow reverted to a place I hadn't lived in for two years. I'm not sure why my phone did that since I had the correct address typed in. It was Saturday when I ordered and customer support wasn't available, so I emailed them. They got back to me saying there was nothing they could do about it. I'm confused why they waited until Tuesday. Didn't they work Monday? They could have fixed this before it shipped. Now I'm not getting my jeans when I should and this is hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They could call FedEx and change where it's being sent but they won't even try. They advertise overnight shipping with FedEx but then their logistics team says they can't process orders for two days, so how can you get it overnight? It's false advertising and it's illegal. You're going to lose that money because your shipment will take four days, not overnight. This is misleading the public.

I got charged $164.62 from this company and I have no idea why. I've never heard of them and I don't even wear their style of clothing. Very misleading size information. The size chart claims a 36 equals a 38-39 inch waist, but it's actually just a 36 inch waist. Plus there's no way to return it. This has happened to me twice now.
