I've bought four pairs of T.U.K. heels from them - three different designs plus one style in an extra color (A7995L, A8009L, and A8051L/A8052L). Walking in these is basically impossible. All my pairs are size 9, but two of the styles fit way too tight while the other is loose. The lack of arch support in any of them makes wearing them painful. I didn't bother with a return since switching sizes wouldn't actually solve the core issues. Construction-wise they look solid enough, but even after years of barely wearing them, they haven't loosened up one bit. They're still stiff and cause blisters like they did when I first got them.
