Really disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a size 5 and the boots fit way too small, like a size 3 or 4. I've sent multiple emails asking about returns and sizing up but haven't gotten any response back. Super frustrated right now.

Can't get a return processed. I bought four items but three don't fit properly. Their website says I have to email them and pay return shipping plus a ten pound service fee per item. No one has emailed me back in over a week so I still can't start the return.

This is a fraudulent website and I'm warning everyone not to buy from here. I ordered UK size 4 boots and received unbranded boots that are way too small, more like a UK size 2. They're not even suede. When I contacted them, they claimed to have no connection to the actual UGG Australia company and aren't even a real reseller. I asked for a refund and they only offered fifty percent. I've disputed the charge with my credit card as fraudulent. Please read all the reviews before buying anything from this company because you will be very disappointed.

The worst customer service around. Our order said it would come with protection spray applied to the thousand dollar worth of Uggs we purchased. We never received it. When I called customer service they basically accused me of lying. Really disappointed with how they handle customers.

I've been calling for over two weeks about slippers that never left the house. I bought them at their store which has since closed. They came brand new in the original box kept in perfect condition. When I took them out I noticed the sole wasn't properly glued to the slipper. Within days the sole completely separated from the rest of the shoe. I called politely asking for help but they refused. I called again hoping for a different result and unfortunately got the same response. Most companies won't stand behind their products anymore and this is just another example. The customer service doesn't care about standing up for their customers. Be aware before buying.

Really poor customer service experience. I returned boots that were three sizes smaller than what I ordered. I got confirmation they received the package and that I'd either get the right size or a refund. Two months later and multiple attempts to reach someone at customer service, I still have neither the correct boots nor any refund.

Still trying to get my money back from this company. They sent me a size 6 when I ordered size 9 and this issue has been dragging on for weeks. The customer service is awful and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

Worst experience I've had with any company. I sent back my Uggs with tracking through Royal Mail in early February and it cost me thirty-three pounds to return them. I still haven't gotten my refund and the company completely ignores my emails. The customer service is terrible. Eventually after many attempts they did respond and I got some money back, but after accounting for shipping and fees I was still out of pocket. They charged me fifteen pounds in fees and I lost thirty-three on return shipping, so for boots that cost seventy-nine pounds I ended up losing money overall. Never ordering from them again.

Avoid this company. I got boots for my daughter's birthday and they sent two left feet instead of a matching pair. I returned them with tracking at my own expense which cost me thirty pounds, but they've never responded to any of my follow-up emails, messages, or calls. This is unacceptable customer service.

Absolutely do not use this site. The website and reviews seemed so legitimate that I got fooled, but it's cost me sixteen pounds in phone calls and twenty-eight pounds in return shipping trying to swap the boots for a different size that actually fits. I've gotten zero responses after six weeks with no refund and no replacement. My daughter's savings paid for that return shipping and I'm furious that they're stealing from customers like this.

Stay away from this website. I bought Uggs that didn't fit and sent them back in mid-January. They confirmed receiving them and still no refund. Don't waste your money here.

Completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. The boots I received were nothing like what was pictured online. I ordered what should have been charcoal blue Chelsea boots but got black ones with strange cream colored lining instead. The tag on the back doesn't even say UGG. The sole was already scuffed up like they'd been worn before. There was a sticker on the bottom that wasn't even in English. Plus they're incredibly tight and uncomfortable. Shipping took forever and I was constantly checking the tracking. When I finally complained, they just told me to return them and refused to give me a refund first. If they don't trust me to return after getting my money back, why should I trust them to refund after I ship things back? Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Don't order from this company. I placed an order in December and it's now February with no delivery. I've sent tons of emails and gotten absolutely nothing back. This feels like a complete scam and I'd steer clear.

Really upset about the quality and warranty situation here. I spent around $350 on boots expecting them to last, but they fell apart in less than a year. The warranty is basically useless because they dated it from manufacturing instead of when I bought them, so I barely got to use them before problems started. Customer service was rude and unhelpful when I reached out. For that price, the quality is terrible and they don't back up what they sell. I'd recommend buying from a brand that actually stands behind their stuff.
