Bought a shirt 10 days back and tracking shows it's been stuck in Ohio for the last few days. Sent three separate emails asking what's going on and haven't gotten a single response.

Went back to UntuckIt at the mall in Las Vegas and was thrilled to see Lorey still working there. She gave me the same excellent service as always. This visit was really special. I wanted a specific shirt they had but it wasn't in my size, so I picked something else. While Lorey was packaging it, I noticed she was wearing the exact shirt I'd originally wanted, so I asked what size. She actually took it off and handed it to me saying if it fits, it's yours. It was perfect. She even offered to iron it before wrapping, though I said no. That kind of service is unforgettable. Really grateful, Lorey. ❤️

I used to be a big fan of UntuckIt, but my latest order really let me down. Got their performance tees online and they were clearly a lot smaller than stuff I'd bought from them before. The sleeves and overall length were noticeably shorter, maybe 3/4 of an inch shorter, and I ordered the same size as always. It wasn't just a tiny difference either. Took them back to the store and the staff said sizing can change depending on manufacturing location, but both sets were made in the same place. Something doesn't add up - either they're using less material to save money or their quality control has fallen apart. Either way, not a good look. Won't be ordering online anymore. Also doesn't help that they're not accepting customer reviews on their site right now. Blocking feedback like that during holiday season really makes you wonder what they're hiding. Update 2/16/2026: I do appreciate that UntuckIt reads these reviews and responds. They mentioned someone from their team would reach out soon, but I haven't heard anything yet.

Shipping is painfully slow. If you need to exchange something, be prepared to wait around two months just to get your item. When I called to complain, they just said their delivery service has been having problems.

Paid $30 extra for two day shipping so I'd have the shirt in time for an important interview. It arrived two days late in a FedEx box with basically no wrapping. Still waiting to hear if I'm getting that $30 back but not expecting it.

Had a really bad experience ordering from UntuckIt. Got a shirt for $78 which supposedly included shipping back in Feb 2025, then started getting bills from UPS for $89. UntuckIt's support team told me it was an error with Canada's shipping system and would be removed. Contacted them multiple times and kept hearing the same thing, but nothing actually got removed. Eventually UPS tacked on late fees and sent the whole thing to collections. The shirt quality is fine but their customer service is unacceptable. Their whole shipping setup seems sketchy and they won't do anything to correct it. Would not suggest ordering from them.

Tried to buy a digital gift card and it got cancelled out of nowhere. Decided to give it another shot but the person who was supposed to get it never saw the email. Their chat support wasn't any help either. Just too much trouble for what should be simple.

Terrible experience overall. Bought something on Cyber Monday that looked like a great deal but six weeks later it still hasn't shown up. Sent emails asking where it is and never got a response.

Got a shirt that didn't fit right. Poor quality. Trying to send it back is a nightmare. It arrived crumpled up in a plastic bag like it was someone else's return. The material felt cheap too. Never coming back here. Way overpriced for what you get.

Got several items from Untuckit to test out using their sizing tool. The recommendation seemed small to me, so I ordered both what they suggested and my usual size. Turns out their recommendations were way off. That's frustrating but not the real issue - the real problem is that some of my items can't be returned even though I never opened or wore them. Nobody told me about this restriction when I was buying, and I paid full price on everything. That's a deal breaker for an online clothing company. There are plenty of other brands that make good untucked shirts and actually stand behind their products. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a shirt recently that looked nice but didn't fit me right. Tried to return it and ran into so many problems. First they sent me a shipping label that didn't work. Then they sent another one that also didn't work. After several back and forth emails they finally admitted it was their mistake and gave me a different label that worked. But then they charged me an extra fee to return something that's supposed to have free returns. They called it some kind of tax but that seems wrong.

Really quick shipping - I ordered on a Thursday and it showed up Saturday morning, which was awesome. First time buying from UntuckIt and I was really impressed with the quality of the Henleys I got. Highly recommend them.
