Skip this place. Just don't shop at Tommy online. I ordered something and it arrived incomplete, missing items. Their response was that they ran out and would refund just that part, even though it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They gave me a 50% off code as 'appeasement' which was fine. I placed another order and even paid extra for overnight shipping since Christmas was coming up. The delivery date was supposed to be the 23rd. It's the 26th now and still no package. Tommy definitely knows how to ruin the holidays. Not coming back. Also, I thought it was weird that customer service would even use the word 'appeasement' in that context.

The customer service here is the worst I've dealt with. My package with five items never arrived and when I reached out multiple times, nobody actually helped. They just kept saying the same thing over and over.

Bought some shirts for my son in store before I flew back to South Africa. The sizes weren't right and I couldn't exchange them since I'd already left the country. Tommy didn't just send replacements, they threw in extra sizes to be safe! They even told me to keep the items that didn't fit instead of asking me to ship them back. The whole experience was amazing and they really went above and beyond what I expected. I'm definitely going back to shop with them.

Paid extra for expedited shipping on a jacket I ordered Friday and was told it would arrive Tuesday. When a shipping delay pushed it to Wednesday, I called customer service to ask for help since I was leaving the country that day. The rep I spoke with initially wasn't helpful at all. After I pushed back multiple times, they mentioned a supervisor would call me. That call never came. I phoned UPS and found out Tommy could have cancelled it, but nobody offered that solution. The jacket did show up Wednesday, but by then I was already in Sweden. Really disappointed in how this company handled the situation. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.

I was nervous based on some of the reviews out there, but my order showed up in two days, which was actually one day faster than expected. My son loves the top. Great experience overall.

Bought a gold watch as a gift last year and it's gotten really tarnished looking. The quality is awful. Won't be buying from them again.

The online ordering and shipping system for Tommy Hilfiger's USA store is broken. Orders take way longer to ship than what they promise and clearly nobody running this place cares about actually meeting the delivery dates they advertise. Their customer service is a joke. The representatives can't fix problems or offer any kind of make right for the mess ups they created. It's embarrassing for a company this size. Someone at the top needs to be replaced with leadership that will actually fix these issues. The worst part is that they obviously just don't care about customers. Shop somewhere else.

I placed two orders and both arrived on time, but that's where the good news ends. The rain boots I got are super cheap quality, they literally fell apart before I even wore them because they're glued instead of stitched. The watches I ordered are terrible too, honestly they look like knockoffs you'd find online. The men's watch has a tiny strap that wouldn't even fit a regular sized guy, maybe a young teenager at best. I've been messaging support for days and they're not solving anything. It took them three days to get back to an email and they basically ignored what I was saying. Even a pair of jeans I bought a year ago loses color every single wash. I won't be ordering again. Fair warning, if something goes wrong they just don't care enough to fix it.
