I placed an order for an Eagles shirt and a sweatshirt back in March and got the shirt after a couple weeks. Still waiting on that sweatshirt though! I bought a shirt that was supposed to have a specific design on it. When it came, the print was way bigger than what was shown in the pictures - like three times the size. The return process itself wasn't too bad, and customer service told me through email I'd get everything back including my money and the cost to ship it back. But they charged me $8 for return shipping anyway, which they said they wouldn't. I'm done shopping with them. Just want other people to know this happens if you need to return something.
