What Is the Vivobarefoot Shipping Policy?

Vivobarefoot offers two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Costs $5 but is free on orders over $100. Delivery takes 3-5 working days from the time of dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Costs $10 and takes 1-3 working days from dispatch.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can sometimes change. If you place an order after 1 PM on a Friday or anytime on a weekend, it will be processed on the following Monday.

What Is the Vivobarefoot Return Policy?

For purchases made in the U.S., you have 100 days from the date of your order to return them. A $5 return fee will be taken from your refund to help cover the shipping cost.

For a refund, the shoes must be in the same condition as when you received them. Vivobarefoot does not offer exchanges, so if you need a different size or color, you will need to place a new order after your refund is processed.

All footwear also comes with a 6-month guarantee against any faults. If your shoes are faulty, you can get a free return and replacement.

Vivos were my favorite and only shoe…

Vivos were my favorite and only shoe brand I'm buying for the last 7 years but I'll have to look elsewhere. I have 8 pairs of their shoes and I can see the quality going downhill while prices are going up. I'd attach a picture of my very first shoes (Gobi) with the newest model I bought in 2024.The ones I bought latter are about to have a hole under the balls of my feet, while the 2018 model is barely worn off. What a shame

Should have checked Trustpilot

Wish I had a look here before to see the reviews. Similar experience to many. Had high hopes for a nice looking barefoot shoe, albeit at a high price (£200 for the Tracker). 11 weeks in they have started to come apart and repeated emails have gone unanswered. Pretty standard from the sort of Instagram backed brands these days. Don't bother.

Worst customer service ever

The brand used to be great. Great customer service and amazing shoes.However recently it all went to shit, apparently they do have time to send me multiple marketing emails a day, but no time to respond to customer service.I've submitted a claimWith them on November 10th, after which I got an email asking for more details, which I gave, and from that moment on I'm getting ghosted. I've send about 3-4 emails asking for a status update to which all of them there are no response. I first recommended this brand to all of my friends, but honestly, with customer service like this I can't recommend it to anyone anymore.

I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM. IT'S BEEN MONTHS!!I love their shoes but do yourself a favor and buy them in-store. The process of ordering online and dealing with customer service is HORRIBLE. I haven't gotten a refund OR EVEN A REPLY from them in months of trying!! Really really bad.

Outsole quality is really bad and customer service not good

I ordered the textile AT boots and 2 days after wearing them the sole comes off. Reached out to customer service but sadly did not get an answer.

Appalling value. Terrible quality

Spent £160 on a pair of trainers that lasted one summer. Proof that it was a faulty product was that one heel wore out and the other didn’t. The rest of the shoe is barely worn. Customer service offered me 1/3 off a new pair. So still twice the cost of a regular pair of shoes - and zero ownership of the fault. They also specifically refused to say whether the shoes should last more than a summer. A shame that Vivo has gone bad. Started out with good intentions - but throwing away a £160 pair of shoes after one summer smacks of rampant commercialism. I’ve had a pair of Joe Nimble trainers for over five years that are still going strong - highly recommend them - excellent value. I will never buy Vivos again.

Poor quality shoe, terrible customer service

Extremely poor quality, look cheaply made. I bought the women’s tracker sandals SKU: 209511-0140 this year and the Velcro has completely worn away. There is also a hole forming in the canvas part of the shoe. I only wear these shoes to the gym so I expect them to last longer for £120!!! The shoe is now unwearable, I contacted Vivo barefoot about this through email and no response. Their online chat is terrible and I cannot connect to a human, and I was on the phone line for half an hour and no answer

VIVOBAREFOOT market themselves as being…

VIVOBAREFOOT market themselves as being the heart and soul of footwear. In reality to deal with as a company you may as well be dealing with a machine when it comes to customer service. I ordered boots from them and afterwards realised my Apply Pay had listed a wrong delivery address. Yes 'my fault'. But as soon as I realised I contacted customer service. Or should I say customer Ai. After hours I eventually got a human response. Address changed and problem fixed. Great!!!No not at all. Two days later I got my shipment confirmation email to confirm the boots were still being shipped to the wrong address. I have emailed customer service 3 times with absolutely no response. When you're buying items originally priced at £200 you'd expect more from a company.I am writing this review in a last ditch effort to hear back from them. Zero and I mean zero customer service. Will never order again. Saguaro are a fraction of the price and actually have customer support

I’m so disappointed in Vivo

I’m so disappointed in Vivo. I love their shoes, I’m amazed at what they’ve done for my feet, loved what they stood for, the dedication to what’s ‘right’. I rave about them, and have been a massive advocate. But the customer service doesn’t reconcile. It’s basically non-existent. They delivered the wrong shoes… I ended up keeping the shoes because they were my size and I was in a bit of a predicament. But the style was cheaper than what I’d ordered. Sent four messages since the 14th December and have had no response. Honestly, it’s disgraceful that they don’t seem to give a damn about their customers (as I now see that it’s a common theme). I’m genuinely so sad to discover that they’re not what I thought or what they make themselves out to be.

Terrible with non-existent customer service…

Vivobarefoot is utterly terrible when it comes to customer service. My package was saying delivered though it was never delivered. Can't get hold of any customer service person. Dropped an email. Used their chat system and oh boy what a disaster. Can't get AI to do anything useful. Asked to get hold of human and still waiting. Company is yet to reach out. Avoid this brand
