Wag! Reviews
Wag! receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from the vast majority of shoppers, with 24 reviews averaging 4.8 out of 5. Customers consistently praise individual walkers and caregivers for their reliability, patience, and genuine care for dogs. Reviewers highlight that walkers show up on time, handle challenging behaviors with kindness, and develop strong bonds with pets. Customer support is also noted as responsive and helpful when billing issues arise.
The primary concern raised involves app functionality and the cancellation process. One reviewer reported that when a walker cancels, the messaging system deletes any explanation, leaving customers without clarity on what happened. This lack of transparency around cancellations and the inability to access communication has raised questions about service reliability for some users.
Their app has some real problems. On my first try, the walker bailed on me. The thing is, if someone cancels, you lose access to any message they might have left explaining why, so it just disappears. This makes me question whether you can trust this service when something actually goes wrong. Proceed at your own discretion.
Both caregivers we worked with did an outstanding job! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. They treated my dog wonderfully throughout each visit. We also ran into a billing glitch, and their support team reached out immediately to work through it with us. They were incredibly helpful and courteous. Customer service was excellent across the board!
Danielle, our regular walker, does fantastic work. She always shows up when she says she will. My pup has picked up on her schedule and gets super pumped when the bell rings - he rushes right to the door! She's very thoughtful in how she cares for him. We're thrilled with her service.
Russ has become our dog's favorite walking buddy. She tends to tug on the leash quite a bit, but he handles it with so much patience and kindness.

She showed incredible skill and patience with dogs that were brand new to her. She truly went above and beyond to keep our furry kids safe and happy.
The level of care shown to dogs she'd never met before was impressive. She really stepped up to ensure our furry friends received outstanding attention and safekeeping throughout their time together.
Having access to reliable walkers who can come out at various times throughout the day is a huge benefit. You also get real time updates while they're walking your dog.
The walkers available through this service are dependable and can accommodate most hours throughout the day. They provide updates while they're out with your pet too.
It's such a relief knowing my little furry companion is in the hands of someone who genuinely loves animals. The platform is fantastic, and Ricardo is the person I've come to trust completely with my dog's care.
This service has been a godsend for my pets, especially after my recent surgery when I couldn't get out there to walk them the way I normally would. Finding caregivers who treat my pups with as much love as I do has been incredible!

The caregiver arrived right on schedule and took excellent care of Huck during their outing.
Having access to a dog walker when I occasionally need one makes such a difference. Sammy gets excited at just the mention of a walk, and every walker I've booked has been fantastic. I'm also a fan of the notifications showing bathroom breaks and the exact route they took - it's a nice touch that gives me peace of mind.
