What is the Walgreens Photo Return Policy?
Walgreens Photo makes returns and refunds simple. If you're unhappy with your photo prints or custom merchandise for any reason, Walgreens will provide either a full replacement or a refund.
For Same Day Pickup orders, you can visit the store where you picked up your items and request a refund or exchange, as long as you have the receipt. If you picked up a photo product in-store, Walgreens allows full refunds within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after this period will be refunded to a Store Refund card.

There is no specific deadline for requesting a refund. However, if you decide to cancel your photo order, whether it’s being mailed or shipped to a store, you must do so within two hours of placing the order.
