I'm frustrated with my recent experience ordering online for delivery. I'm 75 and prefer ordering from home, especially for things like protein drinks. Out of my last four orders, three didn't include everything I paid for. Instead of getting refunds, I received return cards that are supposed to make up for the missing items. But these cards have been a nightmare to use. I've spent hours calling and trying to figure them out. One of the cards shows a balance but won't actually work at checkout, and when I try to use it, it messes up my entire order. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating. Once I manage to get this last card taken care of, I'm done with this company.

This place honestly doesn't deserve even a single star. The pharmacy staff was rude and unhelpful. The store hours are also terrible, and they constantly don't have medications in stock even though I've been getting them filled there for years. I'm finished with them.

Why do some employees struggle with basic courtesy? I came in to drop off two prescriptions and pick up one that was ready. The pharmacy worker was really unkind and disrespectful from the start. I had three simple questions and couldn't even get straight answers. When I asked roughly when things would be ready, I just got 'later' with no actual timeline. Then I mentioned I really needed them that evening and wondered if I should take my business elsewhere. Instead of trying to help, she got irritated and started talking over me. I asked politely for my prescriptions back plus my completed order, but she didn't listen at all. She just tossed the papers aside and walked away. For about six minutes we waited while she completely ignored us even though she was clearly looking in our direction the whole time. It took the store manager coming over before she finally came back, and then she had the nerve to claim she thought we left. That makes absolutely no sense when she was literally staring at us.

I'm not sure why it's so hard for some people to use basic customer service skills. I stopped by to drop off a couple prescriptions and pick up one that was already filled. The person at the pharmacy counter was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had just three straightforward questions. First, I asked when my prescriptions would be ready. All she said was 'later' without giving me any actual timeframe. Then I explained I needed them tonight and asked if it would make sense to go somewhere else. Instead of helping, she got annoyed and cut me off mid-sentence. I asked for my prescriptions back and to get my completed order. She didn't even listen, just tossed the prescriptions aside and disappeared. We stood there waiting for six minutes while she ignored us even though she was clearly watching. The store manager had to get involved before she came back, and then she claimed she thought we'd driven away. How could she possibly think that when she was staring right at us the whole time?

When I exchanged a propane tank here, the replacement was defective. I brought it back expecting them to swap it for a working one, but they refused. Their attitude made it clear they didn't think it was their responsibility. I had already stopped getting my prescriptions filled here due to previous problems and mistakes. There's no way I'm giving this store any more of my business.

I got a propane tank exchanged at this location and the replacement tank turned out to be broken. When I brought it back, they wouldn't swap it out for a working one. Their response basically amounted to not caring since it wasn't their issue. I had already stopped using their pharmacy because of past mistakes and poor service. After this experience, I have no intention of shopping at their stores anymore.

Has anyone had problems with the pharmacy at this location? It's gotten to the point where it's a regular issue with them failing to process prescription refills, and they're clearly understaffed. My partner's doctor called in his prescription the previous week and we got a message saying it was ready for pickup. When we got to the drive-thru window, the staff said there was nothing for us. This keeps happening with different prescriptions. We called the doctor back and confirmed the prescriptions were sent five days earlier. After calling the store back, we waited for over an hour and a half on hold with nobody picking up. This is how it always goes at this location. When someone finally answered from the pharmacy, my partner politely asked if keeping customers on hold for that long was really acceptable, and the response was dismissive, saying they only had two people working. That's their problem to solve, not the customer's.

The pharmacy at my local store is wonderful. Staff is always courteous and provides excellent customer service every single time. The entire store is well-maintained and clean, and the restroom is always spotless too. I've been really happy with my visits there.

I visited this location on Christmas day, and I have to commend the staff working that holiday. Most places are closed on Christmas, and employees usually take the day off to be with their families. Mrs. Kristin was absolutely outstanding despite working on such a special day. She showed genuine care, was incredibly helpful, and displayed such integrity and honesty. It's rare to find someone so dedicated during the holidays. She really went above and beyond.

I'd like to suggest that you consider updating your music selection in the stores. You seem to primarily play rock music, but your customer base is really diverse and multicultural. It would be nice to hear more variety like relaxing jazz that appeals to a wider audience. Just something worth thinking about for a better shopping experience for everyone.

I'm shocked to be writing something positive about a pharmacy worker, but Taenisha really impressed me. She's genuinely one of the best customer service people I've come across. Her attitude and helpfulness were outstanding. Definitely keep her on the team because she's clearly doing an amazing job.

This has been my go-to location and everything just runs smoothly every time I go in. Making an appointment for my COVID vaccine was simple and easy. The entire staff was professional and really knew what they were doing throughout the whole vaccination process. I felt so comfortable and informed the whole time. The pharmacist and nurse were both super knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. I really appreciate how they put me at ease.

I got prescribed something for my depression and was completely caught off guard when the pharmacy reached out to check in on me. They called just to see how I was doing, and for someone dealing with depression, that kind of genuine care was unbelievable. The staff at this location showed they truly care about their customers beyond just filling prescriptions. I wish I could remember the pharmacist's name so I could give him proper credit, but he was so thoughtful and supportive. This place really does make a difference in people's lives.

I've definitely had some interactions with less helpful staff members here, but I want to highlight Jean from the beauty section because she's honestly fantastic. Her customer service is exceptional and she's always willing to help. I even had a negative experience with another employee who was actually rude when I asked about a return, but Jean really stands out as a bright spot. I wish I could fill out a survey to recognize her, but the timing window is pretty short. She deserves credit for her great attitude.
