I don't want points as compensation from this company. I want my money back for the cab I had to pay for. When my family returned from overseas on August 1st, I called for shuttle pickup at 5:38 p.m. I called multiple times and got different responses about arrival time. An agent said the shuttle was coming and would be there in five to ten minutes. By 6:20 p.m., no shuttle showed up. Since it seemed they weren't coming, I had to pay for a taxi to get to my car, which cost me 31 dollars plus a tip, totaling 36 dollars. I already paid for your service and you didn't deliver. I'm asking for reimbursement for this unexpected cost that resulted from your failure to pick us up. Your security staff can confirm we arrived in a taxi. I expect this to be resolved quickly. We were very disappointed with the service and our return was significantly delayed.

This place has really gone downhill. They've clearly cut back on staff to save money. Now you're stuck using a kiosk to open the gate at check-in with nobody around to assist. If someone ahead of you needs help, you're just stuck there because of how the drive is designed. The person in front of me spent over 10 minutes trying to find someone, and when they couldn't locate anyone, they had to figure out the gate button themselves. After I parked, I had to hunt down where the shuttle pickup was located. They used to bring you to your car, but now it seems like they've got maybe two drivers and neither seems thrilled about the job. The back lot used to be great for bigger vehicles, but now boats, RVs, and rental vans take up most of those spaces. Previously they'd give you a ticket showing where you parked and get you on a shuttle right away. Now you're searching for a shuttle if there even is one available. When you're ready to leave, be prepared to wait nearly an hour for a shuttle to bring you back.

I would give zero stars if possible. I booked premium self-covered parking on December 21st and paid a higher rate. When I showed up, they told me to go to a different location because they were at capacity. That second location turned out to be uncovered parking. I immediately called their office and explained I had booked covered parking. The representative was rude and said my third-party booking didn't specify covered so they weren't accountable. My confirmation clearly stated 'self covered.' Since I couldn't risk missing my flight, I parked there anyway. When I returned, I spoke with a manager who refused to listen to my concerns. This feels like outright fraud and like they kept my money without providing what I paid for.

My time with WallyPark in the Orlando area was outstanding! I booked from August 5th through the 10th. The staff was courteous and welcoming. When I arrived, the shuttle followed me to my parking spot. When I landed and came back, the shuttle was already there waiting, with zero wait time. The only hiccup was my GPS giving me bad directions that had me trying to enter from the wrong spot. I figured it out after driving ahead and finding the actual entrance. I'll definitely use them again for parking. Thanks for the wonderful service!

From booking online to parking, the pickup process, and checking out when we returned were all extremely smooth. Excellent overall experience. The process was straightforward: go online to reserve and pay, drive and park your car and wait for pickup, meet the shuttle at the grounds transportation area when you return, scan your reservation code at the exit gate, and you're done. I'll definitely come back and recommend this to others.
