Outdoor Ottomans

I ordered a set of outdoor ottomans, albeit through their open box option on Nov . 22, 2025, they have still not arrived. Every time I check for an update the arrival date has been pushed out further. Now it is out to Jan 12th. I contacted customer service. They were very nice but all they managed to do was say they we're sorry. If you try to contact them again, you just keep getting sent through the same process again. All my other orders have come in a timely fashion for the most part. Very disappointed.

DO NOT buy from this company

DO NOT buy from this company. My package hasn’t moved in a full week through tracking and is clearly lost and they will do nothing about it. It was supposed to be delivered three days ago. AWFUL customer service with about 4 different answers from different agents as well and NONE helpful! Actually one lied to me and said they couldn’t send me a replacement because it’s out of stock. When clearly the item is IN STOCK online!

Should have checked the reviews first

I really wish I would have checked out the reviews before ordering from Wayfair. I ordered a table in October 2025. Before placing the order I called them to ask if the item was in stock and was told it was. I placed the order and the original timeframe for delivery was December 10-19. That was a long time in itself, but I thought if the table's nice I'd be willing to wait. The delivery time came and went so I called and was told the item was out of stock. Keep in mind they charged my credit card for the full amount shortly after I placed the order, so they had all the money for the time. I was given a new delivery date of December 31-January 4th. Just prior to those dates I called again to see if the item was on track to be delivered. Now I was told that it's not that the item was out of stock but that production was behind. So, 3 different stories from 3 different people. Now the new delivery date is January 23-27, just over 3 months after I placed the order. Who knows if the item will get here then, and even if it does, who knows what quality the table will really be.

I ordered 6 and got 1 and they can’t provide me with any additional tracking numbers and said they sent me 6 so I AM SOL ??!!!!! AWFUL!!!!

I ordered six of an item from WAYFAIR yet only one arrived in the box. They cannot provide me with any additional tracking numbers that they keep telling me to wait and see if it shows up. If there were shipments, there would be tracking numbers and they can’t explain that. Still have only one item when I paid for six and now I can’t make a return because I only have one in hand! Do not work with this company! There’s a reason there are so many bad reviews and so many commercials on TV!

They used to be trustworthy

They used to be trustworthy. Now they just let any vendor do whatever. Cheap furniture marked up. Saying something is waiting on carrier pickup right after ordering and it sitting for days so we can't cancel. I hope I live to see the day these corporations and everyone who profited from the misdoings crumble and disappear forever.Now I have now idea when my order is going to arrive. Wayfair customer service has zero helpful resources. Just "contact us after it arrives if you still want to return"...if it ever arrives. I placed an order at 10:30 p.m. on New Year's eve, and 10 minutes later it already said waiting for carrier and it's been sitting there ever since. I contact customer service and their policy says they can't cancel it because it's in that status. They're just like any other big corporation now, they just drop ship junk and leave us to deal with the red tape. A day later the same item went on delayed and now I'm on a 48-hour cancellation request. I also requested to cancel the other item since it's also not moving. Also a 48 hours wait. I'm not going to be home to receive them now so they'll probably get stolen if they do get delivered. I received one of three items in the timeframe they gave on their website. The one item has a light fixture that does not work and "Wayfair certified instructions" that are extraordinarily vague and have no text explanation at all. It took me about 2 hours to put together something that would normally take me about 45 minutes. Sweatshop junk. Quadruple disappointed. They're so awful that they have somebody dedicated to responding to negative reviews, even on here lol imagine having to clean up gluttonous corporate mess all day. Yeesh. Making me provide my personal details to keep my review online is rich. Genuinely done with Wayfair.

Wayfair poor Customer Service

I purchased a nightstand that was missing some hardware and still remains in my bedroom partially assembled. I called customer service and after a customer chat and request to speak to a supervisor in order to get quick delivery, they stopped chatting with me and basically ignored me. This will be my last purchase from Wayfair.

Most all the furniture that I have…

Most all the furniture that I have purchased from Wayfair was good however I purchased a recliner approximately 6 months ago and the whole right side of the chair is lopsided and there's a metal bar that is coming up the side already we try to take it apart and put it together again but that bar continues he comes up the side of the chair it's which is very uncomfortable. I would not advise anyone to buy a recliner through Wayfair

Deliveries taking wayyyyy toooo long

I had used wayfair in the past and everything used to come in on time.. but now its changed. The deliveries keep getting rescheduled and is taking way too long to come in. Very dissatisfied !
