Last two months I have spent over $2000…

Last two months I have spent over $2000 fromWayfair. I bought two beds for my twins, a 75x96 barn door, a sheet, and desks. I have a delivery that arrived early and no issues at all. The only thing with Wayfair you really need to compare prices as I realized they have multiple brands listed for the same product. Just be smart about it. Never need to return anything.

I ordered a product that wasn't even…

PI ordered a product that wasn't even close to the online description, when tge product a shower tower says it's 53.2 " tall and tge one shipped is in a 50" box , something not right. I opened tge box and measured tge tower and it was only 49" tall so I requested a refund. Wayfair offered a 5%discount if I kept the product that won't fit or a $22 to return on a product that was miss represented by their company. Last time I will be scammed by wayfair. BUYER BE WARE. After contacting Wayfair they made my purchase right by refunding my purchase completely. They stood up and did the right thing and have proved they are an outstanding and great company to do business with. I now have no issues with them and am greatful for their commitment to satisfy their customers. I will continue doing business with them and will pass on the excellent responce and time frame that they addressed my issue. WAY TO GO WAYFAIR GREAT JOB.

Consistent amazing after sale customer service.

I am actually a long-time-customer of Wayfair.com probably since2013. I dont purchase items on their site much, but throughout those years, I'd purchased here and there from oven-cooktop, furnitures, carpet for my living room, Christmas artificial tree, to the recent mirror jewelry cabinet. Of course, there were some products weren't that excellent, but Wayfair had never turn me down. Instead, they always gained a strong confidence in me whenever I buy stuff on their site as their incredible after sale customer services. The competitive sale price and their awesome after sale customer service are always beyond my expectation. Truly!! Wayfair deserves for a better rate based on my long term experience with them. Wayfair is Amazing!

The products ordered were as advertised. Had an issue with one of the four firework decorations not working. Called customer service the amazing Johnnoi answered. Not only did I not have to sent back all four, Johnnoi had one sent to me, which was great. Even better I failed to change my account address to my new address, Johnnoi worked with Fedex to have the other items already in process sent to my new address so the new home owners of old address were not bother! Amazing!! Who does this?? Johnnoi one of Wayfair's exceptional crew members!

I love WAYFAIR! The Nicest in Customer Service and they are Human!

I think Wayfair is fabulous with the best customer service. I've been buying from them for years and they are one of a few venues that have American speaking human beings that understand what you are saying and vice versa. Their customer service women are the sweetest people! If anything is damaged you can return it or they discount it for you. Then on top of that they give you 10% off code as an "I'm sorry" courtesy. Customer service is non-exsistent today with so many companies but Wayfair is GREAT! Furthermore, Wayfair is a venue. It is not a department store. It is a website with thousands of venders. All Modern is on there! MacKenzie Childs is on there! Josh and Main is on there! Some items may cost a little more but they ship by Fedex for FREE! That's class. No ontrac or trac17 shipping with a strange man in sweats in an unmarked van knocking at your door. I don't know about you but I'll pay a little more for safety. I had ordered a tarp from Home Depot and it got lost because their terrible customer service made an error. I cancelled the order and ordered the exact tarp for $10 more at Wayfair. The tarp from Wayfair came in a box in 3 days by Fedex! Then after 3 weeks they found the lost tarp and I said I didn't want it. Home Depot failed to tell the shipper and it was sent to me again. I refused it and I noticed it was thrown into a poly bag all smashed up. I called up their customer service and I could not understand anyone on the phone. There is a difference when you have bad customer service and good customer service. If you are having a bad issue with Wayfair then you might be on a scam site or your merchant is messed up. It aint Wayfair.

Headboard Resolved

I manage a shipping and receiving warehouse in Arkansas. We had a bed delivered to our warehouse that a client ordered. The BOL and shipping receipt both said this bed was supposed to be shipped in 2 cartons. We received 2 cartons, but were missing a headboard. The cartons were also labelled 2 of 3, and 3 of 3. Simply put, the 1 of 3 box had the headboard that we were missing. The first time I called, a lady answered that didn't know what she was talking about and was no help. The second time I called, I spoke with a lady named Cindy. Cindy was amazing! She immediately understood what the issue was, and was quick to get it resolved. I hope her supervisors realize how important it is to have competent employees that can understand, and resolve an issue. Thank you Cindy!

HUGE shout out to Wayfair!!!

I purchased one of their Three Posts Crystal Angel Lighted Display (5 ft.) back in November 2021, which I loved displaying every year. This year (2025), most lights had stopped working.
