My app keeps disconnecting and gives me wrong information about my dog's activity levels. It claimed she was moving around for an hour when she basically stayed on the couch the whole time. When I wanted to cancel my subscription, I realized there's no phone number listed anywhere on the website. You have to email which takes forever, and I'd much prefer to talk to someone directly.

The product quality is poor and their business conduct is questionable at best. I'd recommend staying away. They're dishonest and their items simply don't function properly.
