What Is the Wish Refund Policy?
Wish has a clear and straightforward return policy to ensure you're happy with your purchase. You will have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for most items. If your item doesn't arrive, you can also request a refund within 30 days of the maximum delivery date. To start a return, you must contact Wish's Customer Support through their in-app or website assistant. In some cases, you may not even need to send the item back to receive your refund. If you are required to return an item, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label, but the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
