Grabbed a pair of boots a couple months back and they've been super uncomfortable. I work long thirteen hour shifts in the mines and the heel started bending right away, creating a nasty blister on my heel. Can't recommend these. Felt like throwing my money away.

If you're thinking about buying Wolverine boots, reconsider. Ordered a pair, sent them back due to sizing issues, and never got them back. When I called to follow up, a customer service rep named Aliyah couldn't assist me. When I asked for her supervisor contact info, she refused and was quite rude about it. Not sure what happens next.

They don't provide an order number or receipt, which makes returning anything basically impossible.

Good luck trying to return something. The whole return, exchange, and refund process takes forever, is handled poorly, and stays incomplete even after you call customer service multiple times.

These boots are trash. Only a month old and the sole's already peeling off. They felt good at first but then the insole turned into something like concrete. Yeah sure, it's just boots but for eighty bucks the sole shouldn't be coming loose in less than a month. Not returning them because why bother. These are junk and I'm done with this brand.

Bought a pair of work boots a month ago and they're falling apart already. I'm really let down, to put it mildly. Planning to take them back to the store and won't be getting another pair from them. This actually happened to me with Wolverine years ago too. Work boots aren't cheap, so you'd think companies would use quality materials, but I guess profit comes first.

Writing this to give props to their returns and exchange system. I get that some purchases won't work out, but the process here is pretty easy and straightforward at least in the US. Just print the prepaid label they email, head to a FedEx location or similar shipping spot, and you're done. If something doesn't meet your expectations, send it back with no issues. Obviously items can't be visibly worn or damaged. Lots of great options here if you're willing to give them a shot.

I'm really impressed with how Wolverine backs their products. I had stitching issues on two different pairs of boots within three months. After going through the proper process, they covered both pairs under warranty and are shipping out the replacement. I spend good money on work boots and it's reassuring to have a company that stands behind what they sell. Great service.

I've been trying to find American made men's boots but there's no email address to contact their customer service team for questions. It's really frustrating that basic contact info isn't easy to find.

What a terrible company. Got boots in my regular size but they fit way too big. Tried wearing them for a bit thinking they'd break in, then asked about an exchange and was denied. How was I supposed to know their size 9 varies across different models? I've owned other size 9s from them before. Plus they spam you with constant marketing emails while their customer service completely ignores you. Total trash.

Placed an order and four days later still haven't heard anything about my shipment status. Called customer service and got told they're out of stock and checking other retailers for inventory. That makes no sense if I'm ordering straight from the company. Really disappointed.
