Both the product quality and customer support have been really disappointing. My trimmer gave up after less than five years, which isn't nearly good enough for me. Cleaning out the pipe is annoying enough, but trying to remove the bend by pushing in the tabs is nearly impossible. Getting it back on? Forget about it. You'll lose skin on your knuckles and it still won't fit. It seems like nobody actually uses these tools before releasing them. Try working with them if you don't have huge hands and see how badly thought-out they are.
