I'm extremely let down by YSL. My order arrived with completely wrong items including random makeup and even a dirty razor instead of what I actually ordered. Their customer service is terrible, they kept asking for proof and I sent it multiple times, but then just ignored all my messages. Nobody ever offered any solution. For a luxury brand, this is totally unacceptable. Horrible service and a complete waste of money. I can't recommend ordering from them.

Extremely disappointed with their service on the AU site. They promised engraving but never did it and never told me it wasn't available. When I called customer service, the representative was downright rude and completely unhelpful.

Great service. My perfume showed up just 4 days after I ordered it, and they threw in 2 free sample bottles. Everything was packaged beautifully in a nice box. I'm really happy with my purchase and definitely coming back. Honestly shocked by all the negative reviews out there.

Be careful, this site is a total scam. My wife got fooled into thinking it was the real YSL website because the logo looks so similar. We only caught it when we noticed the shipping address was wrong. When we tried to contact them, we discovered it's some kind of fake operation. Stay away from this place.

Their customer service and quality control are terrible. I saw lipsticks on sale and ordered several. Every single one was expired, made over 3 years ago. When I complained, customer service kept saying the products are good for at least 3 years and refused to process a return. After emailing back and forth for over a month with painfully slow responses, they finally asked me to mail the items back. But I couldn't even access the products for ages, and they're refusing to refund me. They're acting like sending expired products is somehow my problem and that I should have to spend my own time and money fixing their mistake. They've shown zero remorse for selling old expired products to customers. I'm done with this company. My advice: don't buy their sale items. They're clearly from years ago.

Never ordering from here again. My perfume supposedly got delivered on January 7th but never showed up at my door. After 11 days of waiting, the customer service team has been absolutely unhelpful. They keep telling me they won't refund or send a replacement until I prove the package wasn't delivered. I filed a claim with the shipping carrier, but they said YSL needed to file one too. When I called YSL back to explain this, all they said was to wait and that there's nothing they can do. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and my order is still missing with zero answers after almost 2 weeks. You'd think a luxury brand would have decent customer support, but I've been let down completely. I'll be shopping in stores or elsewhere from now on. It's ridiculous that I paid good money for something I never received.

Be warned. I ordered on July 27th and couldn't check my package until October due to circumstances. When I finally opened it, I got 2 lipsticks in shades and styles I never ordered. October 18th I emailed asking what could be done. By October 22nd I hadn't heard back so I tried chat, got no response, then called and a rep said she'd send me a return label. By November 10th I'd already sent back the wrong lipsticks but emailed asking for a status update and heard nothing. November 18th I contacted again and they asked me to confirm my mailing address because it supposedly got sent back. I gave them the info and was told it takes 48 hours to respond. November 24th I reached out again asking for the same thing and got told it was returned again. I provided another address. November 26th I asked for tracking and they said I'd get an update when it ships. This has been going on forever with constant excuses.

I'd give this brand 1 star if that was all I could do. I used to enjoy their lipsticks because they smell nice, but the texture is terrible and they don't last at all. Customer service is horrible too. I ordered 2 lipsticks a month ago because they sent a promotion for buy one get 50 percent off. I chose the custom engraving option for my order, but I got plain lipsticks with nothing engraved on them. I tried contacting them through email, phone, and text but nobody wanted to actually help. One time someone answered and we were on the call for almost an hour. She kept asking me the same questions like I was making it up, then said she'd call me back and just hung up. She never called. Nobody has replied to me at all. They're only good at selling, they don't know how to fix their own mistakes. Really frustrating.

Awful customer service and they tried to con me. I bought YSL Libre 90ml for 104 pounds, but when it arrived the bottle was only 3 fl oz, which equals 85.24 ml. That means I overpaid by about 6 pounds for less product. Their website also promised a free gift with orders over 60 pounds, which I never received. I contacted them asking for the difference back and about the missing gift. They refused to refund the difference and only offered a full return, but I'd already opened it. They claimed the gifts were only while supplies lasted, but kept advertising it after I ordered knowing they didn't have any left. That's false advertising. I wrote a review on their site but they took it down. So I posted on their social media instead and someone said they'd look into it, but that was weeks ago and nothing. Still no real response.
