Straight up scam operation. Our business registered with them for a wedding listing and not only did they bill us for services we never used, they deliberately buried our business in their search results because we wouldn't pay extra for premium ad placement. Classic scam tactics.

Terrible experience with their customer service. Over a decade after my wedding, they still refuse to remove my registry page.
