Straight up scam operation. Our business registered with them for a wedding listing and not only did they bill us for services we never used, they deliberately buried our business in their search results because we wouldn't pay extra for premium ad placement. Classic scam tactics.

Terrible experience with their customer service. Over a decade after my wedding, they still refuse to remove my registry page. I even sent them a government ID to verify who I am, but they keep demanding my address and phone number, supposedly to help but really to sell my information to data brokers. I've filed a complaint with UK regulators because they're clearly breaking data protection laws. I'd urge others to do the same.
