Sure. Then when you email with complaints, they just ignore you. It's all nice promises at first and then nothing. The clothing itself isn't even that good and runs small, which is why you need a return in the first place. Shop on Amazon instead because their return process is straightforward.

I submitted my return request and got a confirmation saying it would be handled within 24 hours. SEND ME THE RETURN LABEL!!!! In response to their feedback: I get between 4 and 7 marketing emails from this company every single week in my regular inbox, not spam. They're definitely in my safe list. I've replied to their emails multiple times confirming this. I'll update once the label finally arrives. This is now the third time I've asked them to send a return label. The first two times, they claimed they already sent it. They never did. I've had to contact them twice after the initial request, and both times they argued with me that they'd already sent the label. It never arrived.
Still waiting on my order to arrive. I'm pretty sure this is a scam operation. I'm trying to get a refund right now. Update: I called them as they instructed. They told me there was a shipping issue and they'd resend everything. That's not what actually happened. I've contacted my credit card company to report potential fraud and dispute the charges. Still no merchandise as of late December, and the website just says shipped. You apparently need to download some third-party shipping app to track anything further, which I'm not willing to do. My credit card company has been notified of the situation. I'll revise this if the stuff ever shows up, but I really don't think this company is trustworthy. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Latest update: Got an email saying the order couldn't be delivered for unknown reasons. That's not true either. I've filed a fraud dispute with my credit card company and am disputing all charges.
