Never got a shipping confirmation, so I sent two follow up messages and got zero replies. Honestly pretty disappointed with how they handled it. Based on what I've seen here and other feedback, these guys seem unreliable with communication. I ended up ordering the same game elsewhere to make sure my grandson got his birthday present. Really wish I'd looked at the other reviews first because I wouldn't have bothered with them.

This company's customer service is seriously impressive. I bought the same board game twice, each order placed about two weeks apart. The first one got to me in just two days. The second one wasn't going to make it before the holiday season. I called their customer service to explain it was a Christmas gift for a kid, and they moved up the delivery right away so the surprise wouldn't be ruined. I'd absolutely do business with them again and I'm happy recommending them to others.
