I've been a customer since 2014 and spent a ton of money here. Then I ordered two shirts that vanished during shipping. They offer an optional $15 protection called Neighborhood Watch for lost or stolen packages, which I'd never needed so I skipped it, especially with their $20 shipping charge being steep already. This time the box went missing and I thought they might work with me, but nope. When I called the rep said 'wow you buy a lot from us' then basically said sorry, we can't help. No real effort to make it right at all. My three sons and I are moving to a different brand now. Losing a customer of over ten years because of $120 worth of stuff is just bad business strategy.

My order got lost in transit. I filed a claim and they sent a replacement, but the same thing happened again during delivery. I contacted them and asked if they'd just refund me instead. They basically said it wasn't their problem and refused to give me money back. Never had issues before but I'm not ordering again.

Ordered purple pants for my son's birthday on February 13th and they never sent a tracking number or anything. The next day passed and there's still nothing. When I asked for a refund, they're saying they can't do anything about it.

Got a pair of ripped denim jeans for my son and went with standard shipping. Everything arrived in about a week. The jeans looked just like the picture and fit him perfectly.

Avoid this place entirely. They charge extra for expedited shipping but it's just a ripoff.

I won't be shopping with Jordan Craig anymore. They shipped the wrong sizes for coats I was giving as Christmas gifts to my grandkids. The return process turned out to be basically a scam. Some third party outfit called Neighborhood Watch handles returns and decides if you get your money back. I never agreed to work with them, so it's weird they get to approve or deny anything. And nobody made it clear this was how it worked when I paid. Between the wrong items and getting stuck in this strange, unfair return situation, the whole thing was a letdown. I'd tell anyone thinking about ordering to be really careful with this company.

Total scammers. I bought a coat and jeans together as a bundled gift for the holidays. The bundle came as one package deal but I got an email saying the coat wasn't in stock anymore. Rather than canceling the whole thing, they broke up my refund into pieces. I specifically bought this as a bundle, not as individual items, and now they won't cancel the entire purchase. I'm going to dispute everything with my credit card company. Never coming back here.

This company is legitimately excellent. Top notch quality and delivery is incredibly quick. I ordered on a Friday and had it by Thursday, which is seriously fast considering the weekend was in there. The product quality is outstanding. I grabbed a 2x coat when honestly I probably should have gone with 1x, but now I'm glad I didn't because 2x is better. I checked out the reviews after I ordered and was shocked by all the negativity, so I wanted to share how great my experience has been. I held off for two years before buying the El Jefe and that was a mistake. This is legitimately the nicest coat I've ever owned and I'm almost 40. Get one for yourself. 100%

I'm seeing the same issues others mention. I bought something that ran bigger than expected and wanted to return it. They told me that since I didn't purchase their protection plan, there's nothing they'll do for me. Their policy paperwork does say you need protection to return items, but when you're checking out it only talks about the good parts of buying protection (like free returns) and doesn't explain what happens if you skip it. Their whole return system has so many weird rules that feel intentionally confusing and greedy. Won't be buying from them again.

We were happy with the first order, no complaints. Then a month later we got a partial repeat of that order with two different boxer sizes. We got charged again plus an extra $19.99 for shipping. Figured it was a mistake and let it slide since we liked the boxers anyway. A few days ago another email showed up saying another order was coming and my account was charged another $55.94. This time I'm not letting it go. I emailed and they canceled it, but now I have to call my bank to cancel my card and everyone knows what a hassle that creates. We're really uncomfortable with what's happening and needed to post this review to warn others about what to expect.

They only refund you part of your money. They slap on at least $20 for shipping plus some sketchy extra fee labeled neighborhood watch or whatever that is, and none of those charges get refunded. The material feels thin and cheap with poor quality overall. Skip them.

I'd rate this negative if I could. This business is garbage and run by scammers and crooks. Don't support them unless you enjoy losing your money.

Don't buy from these scammers. They took my money and sent me a tracking number, then just canceled the shipment the next day. You try to email them and you get no response.

Their fleece joggers shrink after the first wash. I'm really frustrated because the jogger set I got during their Christmas sale shrank up after one wash on a gentle cycle. For what they cost, you shouldn't be able to wear them just once. This stuff is expensive and should be quality, but I'm super disappointed.

I purchased several items but the company only packaged and shipped half of what I ordered with my delivery, even though they charged me for everything. There's no phone line to call, no actual way to contact a real person. I'm out $135 and stuck.
