This company is a complete mess. They abandoned paid passengers at a stop, including a small child, even though we were right there when the bus was supposed to depart. Multiple people witnessed it. Instead of owning up to the mistake, they pointed to GPS info and what the driver supposedly said. There was zero accountability and no refund offered, just empty excuses. We had to pay for a taxi ourselves to get from the Poconos all the way to Manhattan because of their screw up. It's bad enough when any passenger gets left behind. When there's a young child involved, that's dangerous and completely unacceptable. Definitely find another way to travel.
Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Three hours into a four hour trip, we got pulled over. The driver was nice enough, but she was apparently going 23 miles over the speed limit and wasn't properly licensed according to the state police. They told me to wait three hours for another bus from out of state. Then I was told to grab an Uber for the last leg with a bunch of random people and that I'd get reimbursed. My boyfriend and I had already called one ourselves because we had somewhere important to be and couldn't wait. Since then, all I've gotten is the runaround through email and nothing has been made right. I haven't gotten my refund or reimbursement for that Uber ride like they promised. Save yourself the headache and use a different company.
