The service and shoe selection at the TD Square Calgary location have been consistently excellent every time I've visited over the years.

The store seems to be having inventory issues. When I went looking for my size in black, they didn't have it, and neither did they have it in another style. I had to place an order and pay upfront. The next day I got an email saying it had shipped, but a week later I got another email saying the item would have to be sourced from somewhere else. It feels like they might be having money troubles. I'm planning to request a refund.

Very upset about misleading online advertising! I made a trip to the store for nothing. Michael Kors shoes were advertised at 30 percent off, and I assumed mine would be included since I bought them just 3 days earlier. When the cashier rang them up, they told me my shoes weren't discounted. I pulled up the online ad on my phone showing my exact shoes, but they claimed only certain colors were on sale, not the black ones pictured in the ad. This is frustrating because they should have clearly listed which colors qualified for the discount instead of showing a color that wasn't even on sale!

I would rate this lower if I could. After waiting over two weeks and making multiple calls, I found out that Browns had cancelled my delivery with the shipping company, then claimed the shipper lost my order. Getting a refund required me to call back TWO additional times. Avoid shopping here!

Ordered shoes online since the physical stores didn't have the new stock. What arrived was clearly used, with scratches on the sole. We ordered thinking they'd send a fresh pair from their warehouse, but what came 2 days later was in even worse condition. We returned it. This is the second time in a few months they've shipped pre-owned shoes instead of new ones. Charging $300 for used merchandise is unacceptable.

I got Doc Martens online with a huge discount on the final available pair and received them within 2 days. Everything was packaged beautifully and they fit wonderfully thanks to their online sizing information. I needed to go down a half size from my normal DM size and it turned out perfect.
