Love this place! The selection is fantastic and the people who work there are fantastic too!

Placed an order and got a shipping notification showing it was in transit on Dec 5, but as of Dec 16 it still hasn't arrived and the carrier has no record of it. I've reached out multiple times through phone calls, emails, and their chat asking for assistance with my missing package and haven't received a single response despite trying 4 or 5 times. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Don't order from them.

The shipping experience was a disaster. They kept pushing back my delivery date over and over. They advertise 48 hour shipping but don't actually deliver on that promise.

Placed an order online and my package never made it. They suggested it might have been stolen but didn't offer any refund or give me a real explanation. Customer service wasn't helpful at all. Haven't shopped with them since.

Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Items were missing from my shipment because the cheap packaging tore open at the seams during transport. I sent them pictures showing the damage and waited 3 days for a response, and now they want to investigate. This whole situation is ridiculous. I just want a refund at this point. Will update once they get back to me about their next steps.

Really disappointed with my experience trying to buy from their kids line. Got a welcome discount code in the mail but when I applied it to a $200 order, it only took off one dollar! When I emailed customer service, they told me to just place the order and then call them for a refund. That's sketchy business practice. I'm not shopping with them online or in stores anymore. I'd advise everyone to stay away! Plus they keep sending me these bogus discount codes daily. It's unacceptable.

Had the worst customer service experience at their store location. I went shopping for some clothing items for my family, and when my mom wanted to swap out an item before I finished paying, the cashier called a manager over. The manager took both items and my receipt to another register, and when she came back to help, she refused the exchange saying they don't have a refund policy and told me to read their terms and conditions. Keep in mind I hadn't even stepped away from the register and nobody had informed me of any policies before this point. When I explained I was still right there, she just held up the receipt and repeated that nothing could be done. Walking out of that store was disappointing since I was treated so poorly without even leaving the premises. I won't return and I'm making sure everyone knows about this experience.

I've been a loyal customer for a decade, buying the same black t-shirts and long sleeves for work twice yearly. This year I went to repurchase and the shirts are noticeably shorter, about 2 inches less than before. For work attire, this is unacceptable. Also the fabric quality has decreased noticeably. They've clearly cut corners to save money while keeping prices the same. The material feels cheaper than before. I'm looking elsewhere now because even discount retailers have better quality and longer fits. When your own staff knows the products aren't as good as they used to be, that says something. Done shopping there.

Had such a great time shopping today. We were hunting for some company holiday sweaters and found everything in all the sizes we needed. The staff were so helpful and supportive in finding the perfect fit, plus they looked up other locations for extra inventory when needed. Professional, attentive, and genuinely nice to work with. Highly recommend visiting their location. Those team members really made the difference!

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, went out of their way to locate exactly what we wanted and checked inventory at other locations. Friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. I'd definitely recommend checking out their store location. The team there is awesome!

Ordered items that never showed up in my delivery. When I contacted the company, they basically said the warehouse confirmed everything was packed, so they're not taking responsibility. Can't even return what I didn't get. Lost all confidence in this place and won't be shopping there anymore.

Haven't run into any issues shopping on their website or with how my orders arrive. The clothing quality is always solid, sizing matches what I ordered, and everything looks just like the photos. Very disappointed with my online order. I've worn the same size for years and ordered 4 different pairs of jeans at various sizes, even going up, but none of them fit properly. My previous orders from this company fit fine, so this was unexpected. Really hoped they'd be reliable with sizing but this experience changed that.

Purchased 4 pairs of jeans online with a buy one get one promotion. They messed up the order and couldn't get the last pair because it was out of stock, and refused to let me pick a different pair as a substitute. When the jeans arrived (I'm a size 7), the sizing was all over the place. One was incredibly tight, another fit okay, and the third was enormous like a size 14, so big it could've fit two people. I normally have zero problems ordering and know my size well. Went to the store to return them and got rejected. The employee there actually tried to help and called corporate, but they basically said no and gave some confusing explanation about different warehouse offices. I've been their customer for about 15 years but I'm done. Won't be purchasing from them ever again.
