I brought my grandson to check out the renovated location and had a fantastic experience. The sales associate there was incredibly helpful and attentive. The whole team was friendly and went out of their way to assist us. My grandson is thrilled with everything we picked out. I'd definitely recommend shopping there.

The store associate helped me locate an item in my size that wasn't available locally and arranged to have it shipped to me. Unfortunately, the delivery partner Banana Republic used really let me down. My package was supposed to arrive on one date, then suddenly it changed to a Saturday, so I blocked off my whole day. A few hours before evening, they pushed it back again. With my son currently receiving treatment at a medical facility, having my entire day wasted by these shipping delays was incredibly frustrating. I won't be ordering anything shipped to my house again. This was unacceptable.

While their Synchrony partnership and rewards card are okay, the customer service experience is disappointing. It's obvious the staff is just showing up to do the bare minimum without any genuine enthusiasm. I don't get excited about shopping there the way I used to.
