I normally skip writing reviews, but my recent weekend shopping trip was too good not to mention. Lacey helped me out at the Leeds store and made the entire process from beginning to end really smooth. I usually struggle finding comfortable shoes that fit well, and smart shoes are normally a no-go for me because they hurt. Lacey really knew her stuff about the product and brought out multiple options for me to try on. She's a real standout on the Clarks team! I'm definitely coming back.

I was nervous he wouldn't have a good experience getting properly fitted shoes. I went to the Long Row location in Nottingham recently and purchased a pair of Clarks shoes for my dad. The associate Sonia was tremendously knowledgeable about both the specific shoes and Clarks products overall. She's extremely professional and well-presented with outstanding customer service abilities. Her standards are consistently high and she'd be a fantastic representative for the brand. She's a real asset to Clarks and truly deserves recognition.

I had an incredible experience at the Gretna outlet location and was taken care of by Tracey, the Store Manager. Everything went smoothly, felt welcoming, and was very productive. I'm starting a new job soon and needed shoes to go with it. Shoe shopping has always been challenging for me, but Tracey made it completely effortless. She offered to pull more options from the back and could suggest items tailored to what I was looking for. She even arranged orders from other outlets for delivery to my home. It's a reminder of why in-person shopping is so valuable.

Clarks never disappoints and my recent visit to the Lancaster store proved it once again. Naima took charge right away when I came in looking for walking boots and shoes. She tracked down exactly what I needed in my size super quickly. Her colleague had already grabbed another pair from the clearance section. Throughout the whole interaction, Naima stayed engaged and gave me plenty of room to make my decision about the boots. She even sent me off with some leather care cream as a nice touch. Both Naima and her coworker answered every question I had with a smile. Definitely looking forward to wearing these later!

Just had surgery on my right foot and ankle, so my feet are currently different sizes. I decided to check out the Bracknell Clarks location today and had an amazing experience. Sue and Dawn provided exceptional service. Sue taught me so much about my feet and the whole thing was wonderfully helpful and professional.
